【摘要】 本文主要研究先秦诸子政治传播观念,即先秦诸子学说中关于政治传播的尚未序化、尚未形成系统的基本的政治传播思想要素,这些观念促成了政治传播思想的形成与发展。先秦政治传播观念,是孕育后世华夏政治传播思想文化的母体,对先秦诸子政治传播观念资料进行整理,并对其背景、内涵、意义作出阐述,有助于把握先秦文化与先秦诸子政治传播观念的深层互动,把握文化与政治传播观念的双向制约;有助于重新审视华夏政治传播文化的本质与意义,是对华夏传播、华夏文明研究必要领域的开垦;对先秦诸子政治传播观念内涵的把握,有助于丰富和发展中国传播学的研究;有助于解释当今的传播现象;有助于促进新时代传播理论的建构。本文选题上的创新主要是首次将先秦诸子的政治传播观念作为一个整体并考察其整体特征及内涵。内容上的创新主要包括:提出了先秦诸子政治传播观念的文化心理机制,总结了先秦诸子政治传播观念在中国传播思想史上的奠基地位和价值,归纳了先秦诸子政治传播观念的价值取向和社会诉求在政治传播思想中的意义,界定了先秦诸子政治传播观念中社会心理、主体规范、政治环境、系统及言辞的内涵和特征。观点上的创新主要包括:首次尝试提出卑感文化概念,认为它是先秦诸子政治传播观念的文化心理机制,指出先秦诸子政治传播观念的政治社会化目的、传播致效手段及二者的悖反关系,指出先秦诸子政治传播观念在系统性上的不完整性。材料上的创新主要是首次对先秦诸子政治传播观念的原始材料进行全面的系统整理,对许多传播学界广泛引用的关键材料进行了重新考证和阐释。本文主要运用文献学的方法来研究先秦诸子政治传播观念,主要内容包括:先秦诸子政治传播观念的思维机制;先秦诸子政治传播观念的思想根源;先秦诸子政治传播观念中的价值取向;先秦诸子政治传播观念中的社会诉求;先秦诸子政治传播观念中的引导观;先秦诸子政治传播观念中的宣传观;先秦诸子政治传播观念中的传播致效观;先秦诸子政治传播观念的历史局限和当代价值。本文的主要观点有:(1)先秦诸子政治传播观念的文化心理机制是《周易》《周礼》中呈现的“卑感文化”,早在西周时期就孕育了先秦诸子政治传播观念的雏形;(2)先秦诸子政治传播观念已蕴含了现代政治传播诸要素,相应的认知维度与深度确保其从整体上建构了中国政治传播思想的相对系统的框架;(3)诸子政治传播观念主要关注政治传播学以下领域的问题:政治传播的价值取向——依循天道、政治传播规范——人和政治的双重规范、政治传播体系——以名序为架构、政治传播主体——君臣相依、政治传播手段——侧重对人性和语言的把握与运作、政治传播目的——政治社会化;(4)先秦诸子政治传播观念与其文化心理机制是双向互动制约关系,先秦诸子政治传播观念依据卑感文化的心理机制而产生,又反过来通过在政治层面的运作而强化了这一文化心理机制;(5)先秦诸子政治传播观念是微观层面上的论述,不具备完整的宏观系统性;(6)先秦诸子政治传播观念呈现出目的与手段的悖反局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article mainly focused on the political communication ideas of the philosophers in the pre-Qin dynasty, i.e. the basic elements about political communication that were pre-mature and not yet systematic. These ideas, however, contributed greatly to the formation and development of political communication.The political communication ideas of pre-Qin dynasty were the matrix of political communication idea of China. Collecting the material of the political communication ideats of pre-Qin dynasty and elaborating on its background, connotation and significance will contribute to a thorough understanding into the interaction between the pre-Qin culture and the political communication ideas of pre-Qin dynasty. Also, it will contribute to the comprehension of the bi-directional constrain between culture and political communication ideas, further our understanding into the nature and significance of Chinese political communication culture, and lay a solid foundation in the study of communication idea in China. Investigating the connotation of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin dynasty will enrich the research of Chinese communication, facilitate the explanation of the current communication phenomenon, and contribute to the development of the contemporary communication theory.The originality of the current thesis lies in the fact that we treated the political communication concepts of pre-Qin philosophers as a whole and inspected its overall features and connotation. The originalities of the contents are as follows: we postulated the cultural psychological mechanism of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers and summarized the status and values of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers against the background of Chinese communication history. Moreover, we generalized its value orientation and society demands in the field of political communication ideas. Finally, we identified the features and connotations of the corresponding social psychology, subject principle, political environment, system and language. The originalities of the viewpoint include the following: we were the first to present the concept of“humble and respectful culture”and assumed that it is the cultural psychological mechanism of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers. Furthermore, we identified the contradictory relationship between the aims of political socialization and the means of communication effect. Finally, we pointed out that the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers were a premature system that needed perfection. The originality of the material lies mainly in the fact that we were the first to systematically organize the original data of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers. Also, we reexamined the reinterpreted the critical material that were cited frequently by scholars of communication scholars.Relying on documentary survey, this article focused primarily on the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers. The main contents included: the psychological mechanisms of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers; the ideological roots of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers; the value orientation of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers; the social demands of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers, the orientation view of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers, the propaganda view of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers, the view of communication effect of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers; the history limitation and contemporary value of the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers.The main view points of the current thesis are as follows. First, the cultural psychological mechanism of political communication concepts of pre-Qin dynasty were the“humble and respectful culture”in Zhou Yi and Zhou Li, which means that the origin of political communication ideas of pre-Qin dynasty could be traced back to as early as the Xizhou dynasty. Second, the political communication ideas of pre-Qin dynasty have contained numerous elements of the current political communication and its cognitive depth has laid a solid foundation for the frame of political communication system of China as a whole. Third, the political communication ideas of the pre-Qin philosophers mainly focused on the following issues: the value orientation of political communication emphasizing the guidance of the heaven; the standard of political communication relying on the double standard of people and politics; the system of political communication based on orders; the main body of political communication relied on emperor and minister; the means of political communication concentrating on the manipulation of humanity and language; the goals of political communication aiming at political socialization. Fourth, we postulated the interactive relation between the political communication ideas of the pre-Qin philosophers and the cultural psychology: the political communication ideas of the pre-Qin philosophers originated from the psychology mechanism of“humble and respectful culture”, which in turn reinforced this cultural psychology through the operation of the political device. Fifth, the political communication ideas of pre-Qin philosophers mainly focused on issues of micro level, while systematic analysis was still lacking.
