面向RP领域的Web服务自主组建方法研究与应用

【摘要】 近年来,随着RP(Rapid Prototyping)技术、Web服务技术的迅猛发展,信息技术与RP领域交叉融合,RP领域的网络化集成服务成为研究热点。构建RP网络服务联盟,提高企业的快速响应能力,是整个制造业的必然趋势。如何使异构的分布式资源信息系统较好地实现信息访问与查询以及系统之间的互操作,在众多的RP领域网络服务中快速高效地发现所需服务,解决系统的复杂性,是实现资源智能共享和服务面临的挑战,也是行业提高服务信息化水平所亟待解决的问题。本学位论文从构建RP企业网络化集成服务系统平台出发,探讨了领域内Web服务自主组建的方法,在企业中进行了实际应用与测试,达到了RP资源共享和技术的优势互补。本论文在以下几方面做了较深入的研究:(1)归纳了RP行业的发展特点,分析了行业信息化要求,设计了RP服务系统平台的层次结构,描述了系统平台的组成。在本体概念的基础上提出了面向RP领域本体的设计方法和建立原则,构建了RP领域的本体模型。方便了领域内的服务查找和实现资源融合,提高了信息查询与知识共享的效率。(2)运用OWL-S服务注册方式,组建了注册中心的体系结构以及服务描述模型,提出了Web服务发现分层匹配和将服务的自动组合转化为工作流的方法,解决了系统结构中的语义支持问题。(3)论文通过工作流网建模的方法,采用时间Petri网验证Web服务,以达成对服务组合的形式化描述。通过RP业务流程分析了领域内的服务组合,验证了模型的合理性。通过对流程执行的优化,缩短了系统的响应时间,提高了服务的效率。(4)结合自主计算系统的实现方法和服务自主组建相关理论,提出一种面向RP制造流程服务的自管理框架。针对流程服务的特性,以实际应用案例的角度分别从自配置、自优化、自保护等方面对其自我管理的特性进行了分析,对提高系统管理的自治性提供了有效的技术理论支持。(5)在理论与方法研究的基础上,以快速制造工程中心的工程应用为对象开发了面向RP领域的网络化服务的原型系统,实现了领域本体的描述和系统的自主管理等功能,并通过多家企业的实际案例对流程服务进行了测试和验证,达到了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of rapid prototyping (RP) and web services, information technology and the integration of the cross for RP field, network integration services development of RP domain has become a research hotspot. Constructing RP Web service alliance and improving the enterprise’s quickly response ability is the inexorable trend of manufacturing industry. How to make the heterogeneous distributed resources information system to achieve better information access and query, realizes the interoperability between systems, finding needed services rapidly and efficiently, solving the system complexity, will be a challenge when realize resource intellegent sharing and servicing, but also a problem which to improve the service informatization level for RP industries to be solved. This dissertation discusses the autonomic building methods of web service in the field from constructing RP enterprise networked integration services platform, which reaches RP resources sharing and technical advantage complementary by practical application and testing.This dissertation focuses on problems as follows:It summarizes the development characteristics of RP industries, analyses the informationization requirements, layered structure of RP service system platform is designed and the composition is described. The design method and establishment principle of RP domain ontology oriented are proposed on the basis of ontology concept, the RP domain ontology model is constructed. It is conveniently to search and realize resources integration so that information query and knowledge sharing efficiency are raised.The system structure of service registtation center and service describe model are built by using OWL-S service registration, web service discovery layered matching algorithm and the method that automatic service composition converts workflow are proposed, it can solve the semantic support problem of system structure. To achieve the formal description of web service compositon, it is verified by time Petri net through workflow modeling. It analyses the service compositon in the field of RP business process and the model rationality is verified, which can reduce the response time of system and improve service efficiency by the implementation of process optimization. Combined with the theory of autonomic computing sytem and autonomic building method of service, a self-management framework is proposed for RP manufacturing process service. According to process service characteristics, the dissertation analyses the self management from the self-configuration, self- optimization and self-protection in view of the practical cases. It provides an effective technology theoretical support that improves the autonomy of system management.Based on the study of theories and methods, we develop a prototype system of networked service for RP field. The system which takes engineering application of rapid manufacturing engineering center as object, achieves the functions such as description of domain ontology and autonomic management of system. The process service has been tested and verified by practical cases in many enterprises, and has made good effect.
