信息服务生态系统运行与优化机制研究

【摘要】 信息服务业是伴随全球范围的信息产业革命而发展起来的新兴行业,是信息产业的重要组成部分,并以其对社会生产的巨大带动作用、与其他产业的高度关联性等特征,已经成为信息产业中发展速度最快的一个产业,是未来的重点发展方向。近年来,随着社会经济的发展和科技的进步,国际互联网和移动通信网的发展,全球一体化的信息高速公路的连接,先进丰富的通信应用终端的出现,行业融合趋势的增强,现代信息服务业得到飞速迅猛的发展。然而,当前信息服务业发展中还存在很多问题。信息服务业发展中现存的不足以及未来的发展模式与方向等问题迫切需要从新的角度、用新的理论来进行审视、指引和解决。生态学是研究生物与其周围环境之间的相互关系的科学,其目的是指导人与自然的协调发展。生态系统是生态学领域的一个主要结构和功能单位,属于生态学研究的最高层次。生态系统理论突出了生物与环境的整体性和综合性,强调系统的协调运行与和谐发展。生态学的相关理论作为一种认知观与研究方法,已经被应用到经济、教育、行政及新闻传播等社会科学研究的诸多领域。为了指导个人和社会组织与信息环境的协调与和谐发展,信息管理及相关学界已将生态学理论与方法引入信息活动领域,研究信息生态问题。信息生态已经成为人们在信息时代面临的一个越来越重要的并且跨越诸多领域的复杂问题,值得高度关注和深入研究。信息生态理论与应用研究已经成为国际上一个重要的学术研究领域。生态学及信息生态学的理论与方法为信息服务管理理论与应用的研究提供了新视角、新思路、新方法和新的更为开阔的视野。信息生态学作为一门运用生态学理论和方法,以信息、信息环境和信息活动为研究对象,用以指导个人和社会组织与信息环境的协调与和谐的学科,对于研究信息服务业的核心问题具有重要指导意义。基于此,本文将生态学与信息生态学的理论和方法引入信息服务管理研究领域,开展信息服务生态系统研究。本文从运行与优化机制入手,力求从构成要素的相互作用机制、生态主体定位机制、生态环境优化机制、信息流转机制、生态系统平衡机制五个方面揭示信息服务生态系统的核心本质,构建一个相对完善的信息服务生态系统研究体系。本文的主要内容包括:第1章,介绍论文的选题背景与研究意义,研究现状,研究目标、研究内容与创新之处,研究方法与技术路线。第2章,探讨信息服务生态系统构成要素的相互作用机制。结合信息服务业、生态系统与信息生态系统的相关概念,提出信息服务生态系统的概念与结构;详细分析信息服务生态主体的构成要素及其之间的相互作用、信息服务生态环境的构成要素及其之间的相互作用、信息服务生态主体与信息服务生态环境之间的相互作用。第3章,探讨信息服务机构信息生态位合理定位机制。简要阐述信息服务机构信息生态位的涵义与维度;探讨信息服务机构信息生态位宽度的含义、影响因素及其对信息服务机构的影响;探讨信息服务机构信息生态位重叠度的概念、影响因素及其对信息服务机构的影响;提出信息服务机构信息生态位的优化原则、方法与策略。第4章,探讨信息服务生态环境优化机制。提出信息服务生态环境优化的内涵与意义;分析信息服务生态环境优化的影响因素;提出信息服务生态环境优化的原则与途径。第5章,探讨信息服务生态系统中的信息高效流转机制。在阐述信息服务生态链的概念、本质、类型的基础上,分析信息服务生态系统中信息流转的方式与模型,探讨信息服务生态系统中信息流转效率的衡量标准与影响因素,并提出提高信息服务生态系统信息流转效率的措施。第6章,探讨信息服务生态系统平衡机制。在阐述信息服务生态系统平衡的含义与表现的基础上,提出信息服务生态系统平衡的实现机制、维持机制以及人工调控机制。第7章,对本文的主要内容进行总结,并指出有待进一步研究的问题。

【Abstract】 Information Service Industry is a sunrise industry which is the result of the revolution of Information Industry. It has become the focus of future development as an important part of the Information Industry. In recent years, Modern Information Service Industry has developed rapidly, which is a comprehensive result of socio-economic development and the advancement of technology, the promotion of Internet and mobile communication networks, global integration of the information highway, appearance of advanced and abundant communication applications and promoted integration among different industries. With the characteristics of leading role in social production and the high correlation with other industries, Information Service Industry has become the industry of fastest-growing speed, the most active technological innovation and the largest value-added benefits in Information Industry. However, there are still many problems lie in the current Information Service Industry, such as the lack of overall planning and the unified arrangements of industry development and policy development, inappropriate use of management system, unclearness of orientation and so on. Those issues such as weaknesses found in developing Information Industry, lack of orientation in development and so on are needed to be reviewed, guided and solved urgently from new perspectives by using new methods.Ecology is the subject that studies the laws and the processes of the interaction between organisms or their groups and the environment, which aims to guide the coordinated development between man and the biosphere. Ecological System Theory highlights the integrity and synthesis of organisms or their groups with the environment, emphasizing the coordination of system operation and harmonious system development. Acting as a cognitive theory and research method, Ecological System Theory has gained great recognition and been applied to many fields of social science research. In order to make the relationship between individual or social organization and information environment become more and more harmonious and coordinated, Information Management researchers and related academics have introduced ecological theory and methods into the field of information activities to study the issues of Informational Ecology. Information Ecology has become an increasingly important and complex issue across many areas, thus it is worthy of attention and in-depth study. The study of the theory and application of Informational Ecology has become an important field in international academic research. The theory and methods of Ecology and Informational Ecology provides a new perspective, new ideas, new methods and more broaden horizon for theory and application of Information Service Management. Acting as a subject using ecological theory and methods, Informational Ecology takes information, information environment and information activities for the study which make the relationship between individual or social organization and information environment become more and more harmonious and coordinated. Informational Ecology is of great guiding significance in doing the research on vital issues of Informational Service Industry.Based on this, the theory and methods of the ecology and informational ecology was introduced into the field of Information Service Management and Information Service Ecosystem was studied by this paper. The core essence of Information Service Ecosystem was revealed in order to build a relatively perfect Information Service Ecosystem research system from the perspectives of operating mechanisms including the interaction mechanisms of the constituent elements, the orientation mechanisms of eco-entity, environmental optimization mechanism, information transfer mechanism, the balance mechanisms of ecosystem and so on.The main contents include:Chapter 1 introduced the research background, research significance, research status, research objectives, research content and innovation, research methods and technical routes.Chapter 2 discussed the interaction mechanisms of the constituent elements of Information Service Ecosystem. Considering the connotations of Information Service Industry, Ecosystem and Informational Ecosystem, the concept and structure of Information Service Ecosystem was provided. The constituent elements and interactions of Information Service Eco-entities were analyzed. The constituent elements and interactions of Information Service Ecological Environment were analyzed. The interactions between Information Service Eco-entities and Information Service Ecological Environment were described.Chapter 3 explored the orientation mechanism of Information Service Ecosystem Entities. The connotation and dimensions of Information Ecological Niche of information service organization were introduced briefly. The meaning, influencing factors and the impact on information service organizations of Information Ecological Niche Breadth of information service organization were discussed. The meaning, influencing factors and the impact on information service organizations of Information Ecological Niche Overlap of information service organization were discussed. Optimization principles, methods and strategies of Information Ecological Niche of information service organizations were presented.Chapter 4 gave the optimization mechanism of Information Service Ecological Environment. The connotation of optimization of Information Service Ecological Environment was proposed. The influential factors of optimization of Information Service Ecological Environment were analyzed. The principles and approaches of Information Service Ecological Environment were introduced.Chapter 5 analyzed the information transfer mechanism in Information Service Ecosystem. The concept, nature, type and structure of the Information Service Ecological Chain were elaborated. The way and models of information transfer through the Information Service Ecological Chain were introduced. The impacting factors on the operation of the Information Service Ecological Chain were discussed. The guidelines and strategies of optimizing Information Service Ecological Chain were proposed.Chapter 6 proposed the balance mechanisms of ecosystem. The meaning and performances of the Ecological Balance of Information Service were explained. The different levels of realization mechanisms in balancing the Information Service Ecosystems were presented. The maintaining mechanisms to keep the Ecological Balance of Information Service Ecosystem were described. The manual regulation mechanisms of the Ecological Balance of Information Service were analyzed.Chapter 7 summarized the main contents and proposed the needs for further study.
