【摘要】 经济发展的差异性及不均衡性是社会经济发展的普遍规律,也是现实经济发展的最基本特点之一,认识这些规律和特点是经济学研究的重要视角,更是区域经济学重点研究领域。中国是一个地域广阔、自然环境条件差异显著、社会经济发展水平和结构差异巨大的发展中国家,区域发展的差异性是社会经济发展的重要特征,如何克服区域发展非均衡性带来的问题,实现协调发展是未来一段时期中国社会发展必须解决的战略问题。林业作为国民经济有机组成部分,既是基础产业,也是最重要的公益事业,受区域自然和社会经济环境条件影响,发展呈显著非均衡性,区域差异性更具复杂性,区域差异不仅影响了林业经济整体发展的进程,也是造成一些区域林业经济发展与林业生态建设的矛盾。为此,本论文主要依据区域经济学区域发展理论、区域差异性理论的基本思想,采用希尔系数、主成分分析和收敛性分析等差异性研究方法,对中国林业区域经济发展差异性及影响因素进行了较为系统的研究,希望全面认识中国林业区域经济差异性特点,探索解决中国林业区域经济差异性的途径,并促进中国林业区域经济研究的深化。研究结论表明,林业区域发展非均衡和差异性是世界林业发展的共性特点,世界林业发展在资源禀赋、林产品生产与贸易、森林资源功能属性、林业政策发展等方面均呈巨大差异,中国林业发展必须置身于这个大环境中确定自己的发展之路。新中国林业区域经济发展经过60多年的曲折发展历程,形成了中国林业区域经济发展的大格局,但不论是东、中、西三大经济区域还是不同区域内各省区林业经济发展均呈较大差异性,差异性不仅表现在林业经济发展水平,资源禀赋、林业发展的基础和产业结构、区位条件和经济发展环境,以及林业政策及制度变革的影响也呈较大差异性,而且差异性变化具有非收敛性,说明差异性有不断加剧趋势。影响因素分析证明,区位条件、综合资源禀赋、产业结构等六个主成分是影响区域林业经济发展的主要因素。最后,结论差异性及成因分析,提出了区域资源协调、产业协调、与区域社会经济环境协调等促进全国林业区域经济协调发展的对策。由于林业区域经济研究尚处于初级阶段,很多区域发展及区域差异性问题都还有待于进行持续研究,本论文仅是从一个视角进行了相关研究和探索,必然存在很多不足和需要完善的地方,但仅希望能走出探索性研究的一小步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Difference and unbalance of economic development are universal rules of social economic development. Understanding these rules and characteristics is an important perspective of economics study, and a more emphasis on areas of economics. China is a developing country of huge geographical conditions, significant different nature, and structure of the diversity of social and economic development. Difference of regional development is an important feature of its social and economic development. It is a strategy question to be solved of china’s social development in a future period that how to overcome the question because of unbalance of regional development and achieve coordinated development. As an organic part of the national economy, forestry is basic industries and the most important public welfare. Influenced by the areas of natural and social and economic environment, economic development of china’s regional forestry has significant unbalance, regional differences more complexity. Regional differences not only affected the overall process of economic development of forestry, also made some contradictions of forestry economic development and the forestry ecological development. Therefore, this paper mainly is based on theory of regional economic development and basic ideas of regional differences areas, and study china’s forestry regional economic development and its influence factors by the Theil index, the componential analysis and gender analysis. It hope a comprehensive understanding of regional economic differences of china’s forestry, a china’s forestry exploring solutions to regional economic differences, and a promotion of china’s regional forestry research.The study showed that the unbalance and difference of the forestry regional development are common features of the world’s forestry development. Forestry development showed great differences among the world’s natural resources, production and trade of forestry products, function and properties of forestry resources,forestry policy development and the other aspects.China’s Forestry Development must determine their own development model under the macro-environment. Forestry regional and economic development of China has experiedced 60 years’development process, and built China’s new forestry pattern of regional economic development.However,whether it is in the east, central and west economic region or different provinces in the same region,there is still a large difference which not only shows in the level of economic development, forestry and natural resources, forestry development base and industrial structure, location and environment of the economic development, but shows in the changes of forestry policy and institutional impact.Moreover, Differences in changes imply a trait of non-convergence, which shows a growing trend. Analysis showed that factors of location, comprehensive resource endowments and industrial structure are the main factors to influence regional forestry economic development. Finally, according to analysis on causes of differences, we indicate some methods to promote the coordinated development of forestry regional economic,such as coordination with regional resources, industry coordination and coordination with regional socio-economic environment.As the study on regional forestry economy is just rising, many researchs on regional development and regional differences are yet to be ongoing.The author just starts research and exploration from one perspective,and there must be many shortcomings and the need for improvement, but I hope it can begin the first step of the study.更多还原
