快速客运网旅客列车开行方案编制理论与方法研究

【摘要】 我国《中长期铁路网规划》在2008年经过调整后,计划到2020年将形成由客运专线、城际客运铁路和既有线提速线路组成的快速客运网络。该网络规模达5万公里以上,客车速度目标值达到每小时200公里及以上。该网络在运输组织、客运管理、市场需要、旅客需求、服务水平等方面相比目前状况将发生巨大变化。随之,作为客运组织重要内容的开行方案编制的理念也将发生很大的变化。如何在新的路网条件下,设计满足旅客需求并且经济合理的列车开行方案,对快速客运线网的成功运营具有重要意义。本论文通过对快速客运网的特性进行分析,研究其列车开行方案编制理论以及与既有线列车开行方案编制的不同之处;通过快速客运网列车开行方案相关的几个关键问题的研究,形成开行方案编制的关键理念,制定开行方案编制策略和优化原则;研究快速客运网列车开行方案的编制方法、多目标优化模型和优化算法,最终形成直达和中转合理组配的开行方案,为我国快速客运网的建设和运营组织决策提供关键理论与方法。论文完成的主要研究工作包括:1.对我国快速客运网的特性进行了分析,在此基础上研究快速客运网有别于既有铁路网旅客列车开行方案编制的基本理论,包括开行方案编制的需求和内容、影响因素和原则,并提出了快速客运网列车开行方案的编制流程。2.分析了快速客运网旅客出行选择行为的影响因素,针对旅客对铁路客运服务产品的选择偏好,设计了旅客选择行为调查问卷,通过对调查结果的分析,研究快速客运网旅客出行需求,并通过建立旅客选择行为模型,研究旅客选择行为与客运产品服务属性的数量关系。3.根据快速客运网客运节点的相关属性,研究节点等级的划分方法,作为选择列车始发终到站、确定列车运行径路的重要参考依据,并根据节点等级制定列车的开行原则,作为开行方案编制和优化的重要策略。4.研究了快速客运网客流的输送模式,包括本线短、中、长途客流的输送模式和跨线客流的直达与中转方式相配合的输送模式,并讨论了客运专线与既有线的合理分工方案、考虑因素和主要原则。5.制定了快速客运网列车开行方案的编制策略,提出了开行方案的编制方法,建立了停站方案的多目标优化模型,结合粒子群优化和模拟退火算法研究了停站方案混合优化算法。6.建立了开行方案优化的多目标规划模型,将单元重要度理论引入多目标禁忌搜索算法,设计了开行方案的优化算法,并将开行方案编制和优化理论应用于实际路网,完成了对理论的验证。

【Abstract】 :After the adjustment of The Middle and Long Term Plan of Chinese Railway Network in 2008, it is expected that by the year 2020, a rapid passenger transport network which consists of passenger dedicated railway lines, inter-city passenger lines and existing speed improved lines will be formed. The rapid passenger transport network will reach to 500,00 kilometers, and the desired speed of all passenger trains can reach to 200 kilometers per hour. Compared to current situation, this network will take place great changes in transport organization, passenger transport management, market requirement, passenger demand, and level of service. With it, passenger train planning as an important part of passenger organization will be different in the thought of planning. How to design a reasonable and economical train plan which can meet the demand of passengers under the new conditions is essential to the successful operation of the new rapid passenger transport network. This dissertation analyzes the characteristics of rapid passenger transport network, discusses the differences between the train planning idea of rapid passenger transport network and that of the existing railways, puts forward the key concept of train planning by studying several critical issues about train operation planning of rapid passenger transport network, sets forth the planning tactics and optimization principles of passenger train operation planning, studies the planning methods, multi-objective optimization model, and optimization algorithm of passenger train planning for rapid passenger transport network. Finally, a passenger train operation plan with the rational cooperation of direct through and transfer midway is formed. The key theories and methods are provided for decision-making of operation organization and construction of rapid passenger transport network. The main works accomplished in this dissertation include:1. By analyzing the characteristics of rapid passenger transport network of China, this paper studies the principal theory of passenger train operation plan for rapid passenger transport network which is different from that of the existing railway network. The basic theories include requirement and content of train planning, influencing factor and principle. This paper also discusses the procedure of train planning for rapid passenger transport network.2. Aiming at the choice preference of passengers for service products provided by railway passenger transportation, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of passenger travel choice behavior for rapid passenger transport network and designs a questionnaire of passenger choice behavior. By analyzing the survey results, studies the passengers’travel requirements of rapid passenger transport network. Passengers* choice behavior models are constructed to analyzing the quantitative relation between passengers’choice behavior and service properties of passenger transport products.3. On the basis of the related attributes of the nodes in rapid passenger transportation railway network, this paper studies a method of classifying the passenger transportation nodes. The classification of passenger nodes can be used as an important reference for selecting starting stations and terminal stations and determining train paths. A series of principles for passenger train planning based on nodes classification are proposed as the crucial tactics for passenger train operation planning and optimization.4. Based on the main kinds of interconnecting lines in the rapid passenger transportation network, this paper analyzes the transportation modes of passengers, including the short distance and long distance travel passengers at same passenger dedicated railway line, and also the combined mode of direct through and transfer midway for cross-line passengers. In addition, this paper discusses the rational plans, consideration and principle for division of work of passenger dedicated railway line and existing railway line.5. This paper sets forth the planning tactics and methods of passenger train operation planning for rapid passenger transport network, establishes a multi-objective optimization model for stop scheme, and studies the hybrid optimization algorithm by combining particle swarm optimization with simulated annealing algorithm for calculating stop scheme.6. This paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model for passenger train planning, and designs an optimization algorithm by bringing the theory of component importance into multi-objective tabu search algorithm. Theoretical results are tested by applying the models and optimization theory in the actual railway network.
