城市轨道交通能馈式牵引供电系统可靠性、疲劳损伤评估及维护维修方法研究

【摘要】 能馈式牵引供电系统由于其特有的双向能量流动特性以及完全可控的交直流特性,较之传统牵引供电系统有着突出的优势。牵引供电系统为城轨车辆提供直流牵引电源,在整个城轨交通系统中具有举足轻重的作用。因此保证供电系统的运行可靠性是至关重要的。本文从以可靠性为中心的维修理论(RCM)出发,应用数学建模方法以及疲劳的累积损伤理论、系统的动态优化方法,对城轨能馈式牵引供电系统可靠性建模、疲劳损伤评估方法和维护与维修动态优化方法进行了深入研究。对能馈式牵引供电系统进行合理分层并分别建立其可靠性模型。将能馈式牵引供电系统可靠性评估过程划分为三个层次进行研究,通过对比研究详细分析能馈式牵引供电系统与传统牵引供电系统相比在可靠性上的差别和特殊性,提出提高系统可靠性的措施。基于拓扑等效原理将系统的不同工况下的可靠性研究问题等效为不同串、并联拓扑下的可靠性建模问题,得到相应的可靠度表达式;基于累积损伤理论,提出能馈式牵引供电系统的疲劳损伤评估方法,并据此建立了能馈式牵引供电系统的疲劳损伤评估模型。分析了累积损伤度的定义方法及其在系统疲劳损伤评估过程中的关键作用,并通过对累积损伤度的分析计算实现了对能馈式牵引供电系统内的关键部件(电解电容、变压器、直流断路器、接触网等)以及系统整体的疲劳损伤评估。最后阐述了基于系统运行档案的疲劳损伤评估模型参数修正策略。将动态维修方法和动态优化理论应用于能馈式牵引供电系统中,运用动态检修模型选择系统的维修模式,在牵引供电系统部件使用寿命及可靠性水平已知的条件下,动态优化牵引供电系统的维护与维修范围。对高可靠性和低维修费用进行多目标规划,得出基本的预防性维护与维修间隔策略,分析牵引供电系统的动态维修过程、确定动态检修周期。优化过程中随着系统的实际运行情况实时进行,得到最佳维护与维修周期,以保证系统的可靠性最大、运行效率最高和维护维修费用最少。在研究过程中,本文通过建立能馈式牵引供电系统的可靠性模型,首先推导出内各关键部件与系统整体疲劳损伤的相互关系并分析出各自的影响因素;然后使用累积损伤度表征疲劳损伤影响因素的实际作用历程及其累积效果,完成各关键部件和系统整体的疲劳损伤估计;最后基于系统的疲劳损伤变化规律通过动态寻优的方法确定能馈式牵引供电系统的最优维护维修范围和间隔。本文的研究成果首次在能馈式牵引供电系统在可靠性和高性能维护和维修方法方面做了有益的研究与尝试,相信在城轨交通新型牵引供电系统中能够起到积极的作用。

【Abstract】 Energy-fed supply system gains obvious advantages over its conventional counterpart, due to its peculiar bi-directional AC/DC power flow control capability and fully controllable DC output characteristic,. It means much for supply system in urban mass transit to keep a high reliability and excellent power quality, especially for the newly-borne energy-fed supply system. In this dissertation, the reliability modeling and optimized dynamic maintenance and repairing theory for supply system is thoroughly introduced, based on mathematical modeling theory, accumulated fatigue theory, dynamic optimizing theory, and out of reliability-centered maintenance theory.First, this dissertation builds the reliability model of energy-fed supply system with suitable layering of the system. The reliability evaluation process is catalogued into three levels, together with related reliability influence on substation from the application of energy-fed supply-set. Out of the characteristics of energy-fed supply system, different operating modes are taken as different topologies for the evaluation of reliability, from topology-equivalent theory. What’s more, the reliability expressions are obtained and reliability peculiarities of energy-fed supply system are presented.Second, in the dissertation is presented fatigue damage evaluation approach based on accumulated fatigue theory. The key part played by accumulated fatigue degree is stressed and the fatigue analysis of key equipment(electrolyric capacitors, transformers, DC switches and catenary) in the supply system, as well as overall accumulated fatigue is generated with the calculation of accumulated fatigue degree. There is also the introduction to the building of supply system operation and maintenance file, along with the self-adjusting mechanism of the parameters in mathematical model.Third, dynamic maintenance theory is applied into energy-fed supply system, together with optimization approach. Maintenance and repairing mode is chosen by dynamic maintenance/repair model, and with the knowledge of life span and reliability level of the system’s components, maintenance range can be decided. Multi-objective planning is conducted from the aspects of maximum reliability and minimum maintenance cost, then are obtained the preventive maintenance intervals. The optimizing process comes along with time passing by and with the operation modes, realizing a maximum reliability, highest power efficiency and minimum maintenance/repair cost.In this dissertation, the relation between the fatigue of key components and the overall system, as well as influencing factors on fatigue is obtained from the reliability model at first. After that, actual functioning history of the influencing factors is recorded and added by accumulated fatigue degree for the fatigue evaluation of key components and the overall system. Finally, optimized dynamic planning is applied into the knowledge of fatigue variation characteristics obtained from above, for the decision-making of optimized maintenance range and interval of energy-fed supply system.The results from the study introduced in this paper make valuable move in the reliability modeling and maintenance theory of energy-fed supply system, and will act as an effective promotion for urban mass transit.
