【摘要】 新世纪以来科学技术的飞速发展使全球化的快速交易成为可能,企业可从更大的范围内采购原材料和销售商品,地理范围的扩大意味着运输成本的上升,为了克服悖反现象,实现总体成本的有效控制,现代企业纷纷从减少库存、提高反应速度和改进服务上着手。这些目标的实现对物流服务供给者变革的要求愈加迫切。跨企业合作、构建效益型物流组织成为现代物流企业的必然和必须选择。本文基于相关专业化与分工理论、组织理论和经济学理论,根据国内外物流和跨企业物流合作研究现状,提出了物流供给跨企业合作新的理论构架——效益型物流组织。基于该理论,本文从一个全新的视角来研究铁路多经企业物流供给的企业间合作,研究铁路多经物流企业如何通过效益型物流组织的构建来强化核心竞争力,服务区域经济和国民经济的发展。论文的主要研究成果如下：(1)在我国物流市场供给和需求情况的基础上,对铁路多经物流企业的目标市场进行针对性分析,同时将帮助工商企业获取第三利润源和促进铁路运输企业内涵式发展作为创新和拓展目标市场的战略方向,提出了效益型物流组织系统的构建是铁路多经企业必然的选择。(2)在对效益型物流组织的定义、构建基础和类型深入研究的前提下,对其构建流程进行了细化,明确了构建的关键环节、要素和原则,界定了不同类型组织成员的权责。同时从激励、监督机制的构建和成本控制的角度明确了效益型物流组织的管理方法和具体措施。利用作业成本法分析效益型物流组织的成本控制。并从博弈论、核心竞争力理论、社会学三个视角对效益型物流组织在市场竞争中的生命力和形成比较优势的内在机理进行分析和揭示。(3)最后本文以TYFY为背景,对效益型物流组织进行案例研究,进一步证明了效益型物流组织对铁路多经物流企业强化竞争力和服务区域经济发展具有显著的指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new century, the rapid development of science and technology make it possible to trade globalization. Many enterprises extend their market in purchasing raw materials and selling goods from a larger range of place. The expanding in geographical scope brings out the problem of rising transport costs, In order to overcome the paradox about the phenomenon and achieve effective control of the overall cost, modern enterprises have Introduced some measures including reduce inventory, improve reaction speed and improve service. The progressive realization of these objectives brings about the urgency of change for logistics service providers. Inter-enterprise cooperation, construction of efficiency-oriented logistics organization has become an inevitable and must choice for modern logistics enterprise.This paper have combined the research methods including theory of specialization and division, organization theory and economics, research subjects including domestic and international logistics and cross-enterprise logistics cooperation, propose a brand new theoretical framework for inter-enterprise cooperation in the logistics supply---efficiency--oriented logistic organization. Based on the theory, this article research cooperation between enterprises of logistics supply in multi-business railway logistic enterprises, propose a new way to strengthen the core competitiveness of multi-business railway logistic enterprises by forming efficiency--oriented logistic organization, so as to enhance the development of regional economy and the national economy.(1) Based on the analysis of supply and demand of the logistics market in china, effective define and targeted analysis of target market for the multi-business railway logistic enterprises, as well as propose strategic direction for innovation and development of target market in helping business enterprises to obtain the third profit source and promote the connotative development of railway transportation enterprises, The paper propose the conclusion that forming the efficiency--oriented logistic organization system is a inevitable and must choice for multi-business railway enterprises.(2) Based on the research of construction type and theoretical basis of efficiency--oriented logistic organization, this paper refine the construction process of organization, define the key Links, elements and principles of forming the organization, also define the management practices and specific measures for efficiency--oriented logistic organization from the aspects of incentives, construction of Supervision System and cost control. During the actual analysis of cost, the paper combine cost analysis into cost control in efficiency--oriented logistic organization, analyze and reveal the inherent mechanism of vitality and comparative advantage of t he of efficiency--oriented logistic organization in competition market place from the aspects of game theory, the core competition theory and sociology.(3) Based on background of the TYFY project, this paper make case study of efficiency--oriented logistic organization and, move forward to prove the practical significance of efficiency--oriented logistic organization for multi-business railway enterprises to strengthen competitiveness and services to regional economic development.更多还原
