【摘要】 目的：探讨平性药的药性理论和组方配伍规律,促进中医药性理论的发展。方法：通过对药性理论的文献研究和利用数据库分析1307首古今方剂药性组方规律的方法,对平性药药性理论进行探讨,并以实证性科学数据总结探讨了平性药配伍规律。结果：(1)首次提出中药寒热平药性模型为“寒性成分+热性成分+其他成分”,认为平性药是一类具有独特药性特征和配伍规律的中药,每一味平性药都可看作是一个寒性“成分”、热性“成分”组配的天然复方；(2)总结阐述了平性药“体平用偏”、“和合调平”、“双向适用,条件显性”的药性特征；(3)分析阐述了平性药的配伍规律：①气味配伍,调整阴阳；②与寒热药伍,调和辅助；③补不致偏,虚证宜入；(4)首次创立“中药方剂药性数据分析系统”,收录古今方剂1307首,所涉中药1003味,筛选出了各脏腑、病证常用平性药,从而总结出平性药临床用药规律。(5)采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学分析：①平性药配伍与各病证间两两相关分析结果表明,平性药与15种常见病证中的气虚证、血虚证、阴虚证,寒热病证中的不寒不热证、寒热错杂证,虚实病证中的虚证、虚实夹杂证均呈正相关,反映平性药是这些病证的常用药,宜于配伍应用；②平性药配伍与各病证间二分类非条件logistic回归分析结果表明,平性药在15种常见病证中的气虚证、血虚证,在寒热病证中的寒证、不寒不热证,在虚实病证中的虚证中,与寒热药物相比,更为常用。(6)所创建的“中药方剂药性数据分析系统”,不但可以用于分析研究寒热平药性配伍规律,还可在更多方面进行方药配伍规律分析,有较高的应用价值。结论：平性药是独立存在的、有独特药性特征和配伍规律的一类中药；丰富完善平性药的药性理论,揭示其临床应用规律,具有重要的理论意义和临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the property theory and the compatibility law of mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine, to promote the development of the property theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:From the literature study of the property theory, the thesis explored the property theory of the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine, based on data analysis of ancient and contemporary formula from 1307 samples. It synthesized the compatibility law of the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine by empirical science data.Result:Firstly, the paper innovatively proposed a model of the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine of cold and hot:cold property of drug element+ hot ones+ others, which means the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine is a class of Chinese Medicinal Herbs with the unique nature and compatibility law independently. Every mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine can be regarded as the natural compound prescription composed by cold property of drug element、hot ones. Secondly, it summarized the herbal property of mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine:"Two different properties which exist comparably in a herb were expressed when it was used (Ti ping yong pian)" "concordance flattening (He he tiao ping)" "can be applied in bi-direction and different property was expressed in different condition (Shuang xiang shi yong,Tiao jian xian xing)". Thirdly, it analyzed the compatibility law of the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine.:1. qi-wei compatibility, regulation of yin and yang; 2. compatible with cold and heat medicine agitate aid; 3. tonification will not induce asymmetry, asthenia syndrome fits to add. Fourthly, the paper innovatively established "Chinese medicinal formulae drug property data analysis system", based on data analysis method of ancient and contemporary formula from 1307 samples, including 1003 Chinese herbal medicines. It screened the common mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine for each entrails, disease syndrome and concluded its law in clinical applications. Fifthly, the paper draw conclusions by statistical analysis using SPSS 13.0 software:1. the correlation analysis in the compatibility of the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine and each of the various disease-syndromes showed that the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine has direct correlation between various syndromes among the 15 common disease syndromes such as syndrome of deficiency of QI, syndrome of deficiency of blood, syndrome with yin asthenia, uncold-unheat syndrome, cold-heat complicated syndrome of cold-heat disease syndrome, asthenia syndrome, asthenia and sthenia inclusion syndrome of asthenia and sthenia disease syndrome. This indicates that the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine is a type of common medicine for these disease-syndromes; and it is suitable for compatible application of drugs.2. the results of the unconditional Logistic Regression analysis in the compatibility of the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine and each of the various disease-syndromes showed that the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine is the clinical most-often-used curative for syndrome of deficiency of QI and syndrome of deficiency of blood among the aforementioned 15 common disease syndromes. For the cold-heat disease syndrome, the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine is the clinical most-often-used curative for cold syndrome and uncold-unheat syndrome. For asthenia and sthenia disease syndrome, the peaceful property of drug is the clinical most-often-used curative for asthenia syndrome. Sixthly, the paper established "Chinese medicinal formulae drug property data analysis system", which can be used in analyzing and studying not only the compatibility law of the mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine of cold and hot, but also the prescriptions from more factors, which is highly valued in clinical applications.Conclusion:The mild-nature traditional Chinese medicine is one type of Chinese Medicinal Herbs with the unique nature and compatibility law independently. Enriching and developing the property theory, and disclosing its law in clinical applications have great significance in theory and clinical practice.更多还原
