【摘要】 党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央提出的以科学发展观为统领的一系列重大战略思想,是对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律、人类社会发展规律认识深化的最新理论成果和实践成果,开创了中国特色社会主义伟大事业的新局面。科学发展观从全局和战略的高度深化了对共产党执政规律的认识。一是中国共产党成为执政党,是历史的选择、人民的选择,深化了对党执政必然性的认识;二是坚持以人为本,回答了“为谁执政”、“靠谁执政”的问题,深化了对党执政本质的认识;三是坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政,回答了“怎么样执政”的问题,深化了对党执政方式的认识;四是坚持发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享,回答了“实现什么样的执政”的问题,深化了对党执政目的的认识;五是突出加强党的执政能力建设,深化了对党执政本领的认识;六是大力加强党的先进性建设,深化了对如何实现党长期执政的认识;七是稳步推进党内民主建设,深化了对如何激发党执政活力的认识;八是着力加强反腐倡廉建设,深化了对党执政权力监督和制约的认识。科学发展观从世界观和方法论上深化了对社会主义建设规律的认识。一是深化了对社会主义本质的认识;二是深化了对社会主义发展阶段的认识;三是深化了对社会主义发展道路的认识;四是深化了对社会主义发展战略的认识;五是深化了对社会主义主要矛盾的认识;六是深化了对社会主义建设基本要求的认识;七是深化了对社会主义建设根本方法的认识。科学发展观从世界文明多样性的视角深化了对人类社会发展规律的认识。一是深化了对马克思主义人的全面发展理论的认识;二是深化了对马克思主义社会发展理论的认识;三是深化了对人类社会发展模式的认识;四是深化了对人类社会发展主体力量的认识;五是深化了对人类社会发展动力的认识;六是深化了对社会主义与资本主义关系的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC (Communist Party of China), Chinese Party Central Committee, with Comrade Hu Jintao as General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, put forward a series of important strategic thoughts with the overall guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, which are the newest theoretical and practical achievements of CPC’s deepened understanding of the law of ruling, the law of socialist construction and the developmental law of human society. It creates a new situation of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Scientific Outlook on Development deepens the understanding of the law of the CPC’s ruling from the overall and strategic perspective. CPC becomes the ruling party, which is a historical choice, people’s choice, it deepens the understanding of the inevitability of CPC’s ruling. To adhere to the philosophy of people-oriented replies ruling for whom and ruling by whom, and deepens the understanding of CPC’s ruling substaintial. To persist Scientific ruling, democratic ruling and lawful ruling replies how to be in office, and deepens the understanding of CPC’s style of governance. To pursue that development must be for the people and by the people and its benefit should be shared among the people, replies what kind of ruling purpose that CPC has and deepens the understanding of CPC’s ruling goal. To strengthen the construction of ability of administration deepens the understanding of CPC’s ruling competence. To reinforce CPC’s progressiveness deepens the understanding of how to stay long-term ruling. To expand intra-Party democracy deepens the understanding of how to stimulate CPC’s ruling vigor. To focus on combating corruption and upholding integrity deepens the understanding of the supervision and restraint to CPC’s ruling power.From the perspective of world outlook and methodology, Scientific Outlook on Development deepens the understanding of the law of socialist construction. It deepens the understandings of the essence of socialism, the developmental stages of socialism, the socialist development path, the socialist strategy, society’s principal contradiction, the essential requirement of socialist construction as well as the fundamental approach of socialist construction. From the perspective of the diversity of world civilization, Scientific Outlook on Development deepens the understanding of the developmental law of human society. It deepens the understandings of Marxist theory of all-round development of individuals, Marxist social development theory, the development mode of the human society, the main force of the development of human society, the impetus to the development of human society as well as the relation between Socialism and Capitalism.更多还原
