【摘要】 本文在研究国内外代建制项目风险预警管理已有成果的基础上,以代建制项目面临的风险为研究对象,对代建制项目风险进行识别分析,构建代建制项目风险预警管理模型,提出代建制项目风险应对对策。以现有学术研究成果为基础给出代建制项目风险预警管理的定义,并围绕代建制项目风险预警管理的定义研究了代建制项目风险预警管理的机理、代建制项目风险预警管理的模型逻辑流程、模型模块构成和代建制项目风险应对预案。在代建制项目风险识别研究中,先对代建制项目风险识别进行概述,然后将代建制项目面临风险从项目管理上面临的整体风险和项目建设各个阶段面临的风险两个角度进行列举。以可拓论的物元理论为基础,建立基于物元理论的代建制项目风险预警管理静态模型,对代建制项目在项目管理中的风险和带有项目控制权特点的风险进行整体风险预警管理。以改进的风险管理环理论为基础,建立代建制项目阶段性风险预警管理动态模型,并引入项目参与方的合作性构建虚拟合作团队,应用Mandani模糊数学模型对代建制项目建设各阶段面临的风险进行预警管理。以某代建制项目为例对所建立的代建制项目风险预警管理模型进行了实例应用研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on studying the existing results of risk early-warning management for construction agent project, recognition analysis was implemented, and risk early-warning management model was created by taking construction agent project risk as research objective, and then countermeasures of construction agent project risk were put forward.The definition for risk early-warming management of construction agent project was definited according to the current academic research results. Furthermore, mechanisms research, risk early-warning management model logical workflow research, model module constitution and the replied preparedness research of construction agent project risk were conducted around the definition.In the research of construction agent project risk identification, risk identification of construction agent project was overviewed firstly, and then risks faced by construction agent project were enumerated in the two angles, such as, overall risk of project management and risks on all stages of project construction.Construction agent project risk early-warning management model was built,and the entire risk early-warning management,which constuction agent project faces, was carried out based on matter-element theory of extension theory. Combined with the risk management loop theory, dynamic model of construction agent project risk early-warning management was established, and early-warning management of the project’s every stage risk was performed by introducing project participator’s cooperation-based built virtual cooperation team and applying Mamdani fuzzy mathematical model.Finally, an application research of construction agent project risk early-warning management model which had been established,was implemented by using a certain construction agent project.更多还原
