【摘要】 行业特色型研究型大学作为与行业具有天然联系、具备自身独特优势的大学形态,是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,其发展对于促进行业科技进步和国家创新体系建设具有不可替代的作用,是我国高等教育科学发展必须关注的重大战略课题。通过对中国行业特色研究型大学发展的研究,对于完善中国行业特色研究型大学的建设,优化我国高等教育的结构、提高教育质量具有重要的战略意义。本文在综合分析研究国内外学者关于研究型大学研究型大学的发展以及行业特色研究型大学的研究成果基础上,围绕中国行业特色研究型大学发展这一主线,从系统观点出发,对中国行业特色研究型大学的内涵与特征进行了界定,在此基础上研究了中国行业特色研究型大学发展历程和发展趋势,明晰了中国行业特色研究型大学发展渊源。通过对中国行业特色研究型大学建设现状进行分析,指出了中国行业特色研究型大学发展方面存在的问题和不足。在此基础上,构建了中国行业特色研究型大学系统,并从建设机制、发展模式两个方面对中国行业特色研究型大学的系统进行了深入研究。通过对中国行业特色研究型大学发展水平的影响因素进行分析,构建了中国行业特色研究型大学发展水平评价指标体系,并运用群组决策特征根法对评价指标进行了筛选,在此基础上,运用模糊层次分析法对中国行业特色研究型大学发展水平进行了实证分析,使理论和实践密切结合,在此基础上结合中国行业特色研究型大学发展的实际,从不断增强自身核心竞争力的视角,提出了加强中国行业特色研究型大学发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an University of form having a natural link with Industry and their own unique strengths, the research university with industry feature is an important part of Chinese higher education. Its development for the industry promotion of scientific and technological progress and the national innovation system construction plays an irreplaceable role. It is an important strategic issues that the scientific development of higher education must focus on. Through research on the development of Chinese research university with industry feature, it has an important strategic significance for improving Chinese research university with industry feature construction, optimizing the structure of higher education and improving the quality of education.On the basis of analyzing the researching the domestic and international scholar about the development of the research university and the research university with industry feature, rounding this thread of the development of Chinese research university with industry feature, and proceeding from systematic view, defining the connotation and character of Chinese research university with industry feature. On this basis, researching the development course and current of Chinese research university with industry feature, districted the development origin of Chinese research university with industry feature. Through analyzing the current situations of Chinese research university with industry feature, this text pointed out existing problem and deficiency of Chinese research university with industry feature in the aspect of the development. On this basis, this paper constructs the system of t Chinese research university with industry feature and intensively study Chinese research university with industry feature from two aspects of construction mechanism and development style.By analyzing the influence factor of the level of Chinese research university with industry feature in the aspect of development, this paper constructed the development level of Chinese research university with industry feature index system, and used the GEM to filter the index. On this basis, using the AHP-Fuzzy to carry on the real example analysis of the development level of Chinese research university with industry feature making the theory and practice combine closely.
