烧结机烟气SCR脱硝系统前置和后置之技术分析

【摘要】 随着钢铁行业大气污染物排放标准的进一步提高,烧结机装置加装SCR脱硝装置的需求日益迫切。钢厂烧结机在建设烟气SCR脱硝系统时,有置于脱硫系统之前和脱硫系统之后两种工艺路线选择,两种路线均具备可行性,在建设、运行等方面却存一定的技术差异。为了做出工艺路线的最佳选择,本文从技术角度对两种工艺路线进行对比分析。

【Abstract】 With the further improvement of air pollutant emission standards in the steel industry, the demand for SCR denitration devices in sintering machines is becoming more and more urgent. When constructing the flue gas SCR denitration system, the steel plant sintering machine has two process routes before the desulfurization system and after the desulfurization system. Both routes are feasible, and there are certain technical differences in construction and operation.In order to make the best choice of the process route, this paper compares and analyzes the two process routes from the technical point of view.
