催化降解烧结烟气中二噁英的研究
Study on Catalytic Destruction of PCDD/Fs in Sintering Flue Gas
【摘要】 利用研发的V2O5/WO3-TiO2催化剂对烧结烟气中PCDD/Fs进行催化降解研究,结果表明,该催化剂在220℃条件下对PCDD/Fs的去除率为96.9%。对催化降解前后烟气中PCDD/Fs的17种同系物研究发现,毒性高的同系物更容易被催化降解。试验结果表明,V2O5/WO3-TiO2催化剂可以应用于烟气中PCDD/Fs的消减,为我国PCDD/Fs的减排提供了新的技术支持。
【Abstract】 The catalytic degradation of PCDD/Fs in sintering flue gas was studied by using V2O5/WO3-TiO2 catalyst. The results show that the removal rate of PCDD/Fs is 96.9% at 220℃. A study of 17 homologues of PCDD/Fs in flue gas before and after catalytic degradation found that homologues with high toxicity were more susceptible to catalytic degradation. The experimental results show that the V2O5/WO3-TiO2 catalyst can be applied to the reduction of PCDD/Fs in flue gas, which provides new technical support for the reduction of PCDD/Fs in China.
