德兴铜矿优化旋流器参数提升磨矿分级效率试验研究

【摘要】 为适应磨矿分级工艺的要求,开展了Φ838mm分级旋流器工艺参数优化试验研究。试验结果表明,在沉砂嘴直径146mm、溢流管直径343mm、溢流管插入深度490mm、旋流器工作压力0.50kg/cm~2时,Φ838mm分级旋流器分级效果最佳。在此条件下,旋流器的分级产品质量及分级效率均得到明显提升,其中溢流中-0.074mm粒级含量为67.97%,比对比组旋流器提高了8.05个百分点;分级效率为58.30%,比对比组旋流器提高了6.89个百分点。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of grinding classification process,the experimental research on optimization of the process parameters of theΦ838 mm classifying cyclone is carried out.The test results show that the effect of classification cyclone is better when the diameter of the grit nozzle is 146 mm,the diameter of the overflow pipe is 343 mm,the depth of the overflow pipe is 490 mm,and the working pressure of the cyclone is 0.50 kg/cm~2.Under this condition,the product quality and classification efficiency of cyclone are significantly improved.The content of-0.074 mm product in the overflow is 67.97%,which is8.05 percentage points higher than that of the comparative group cyclone;and the classification efficiency is58.30%,6.89 percentage points higher than that of the comparative group cyclone.
