【摘要】 油气地质调查是自然资源部新开展的领域,物探二维地震作为其主要手段之一,急需编制相应的预算定额标准来规范财政资金的使用。本文以二维地震的工作内涵及其预算标准发展历程为基础,区分商业性与基础性、公益性二维地震工作的异同,通过分析二维地震成本费用结构和常用计费表现形式,建议油气地质调查二维地震预算标准的研制不能完全照搬商业性油气勘探二维地震的预算定额,需要结合油气地质调查工作特点来综合制定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oil and gas geological survey is a newly developed area of the Ministry of Natural Resources.2 D seismic as one of its main means,it is urgent to work out corresponding budget quota standard to standardize the use of financial funds.On the basis of the work connotation and development course of the 2 Dseismic,this paper points out the difference between oil company and the geological survey.By analyzing the cost structure of 2 Dseismic and the common forms of accounting,it is suggested that the budget standard of 2 D seismic in oil and gas geological survey should not completely copy the budget quota of oil companies,and should be formulated in combination with the characteristics of oil and gas geological survey.更多还原
