【摘要】 中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,习近平总书记针对生态文明现代化建设过程中面临的新形势、新责任、新挑战,创新性地提出了一系列新要求、新部署,指明建设生态文明和美丽中国的战略目标和重点任务,形成了习近平新时代生态文明建设思想,生态文明再次成为当前社会各方关注以及学术界研究的热点。文本基于文献梳理与分析,对生态文明建设的理论基础、实践路径、制度建设、评价体系等方面的研究进行了述评,阐释这一时期学术界围绕推进生态文明建设若干重要领域的研究进展与创新,并据此展望了未来研究趋势与重要关注方向:明确生态价值,完善生态文明建设相关理论;促进市场激励机制转型,释放生态红利;坚持以人为本的发展原则,重视生态文明教育;建立健全第三方评估机制,以生态法治构筑制度保障;以全球化视野寻求国际合作,因地制宜解决约束性难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of ecological civilization was mentioned in many reports of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements and new deployments for "strengthening the construction of ecological civilization". The report of the 19th National Congress put forward China’s strategic goals and key tasks of the construction of ecological civilization. It has completely opened up a new era of China’s ecological civilization construction.Ecological civilization has once again become the focus of current social attention and academic research. Based on an analysis of the literature,this paper reviews the theoretical basis,practice path, system construction and evaluation system of ecological civilization construction, and explains the research development and innovation of the promotion of several important fields. We look forward to future research trends and important directions :improve the theory of ecological civilization construction; promote the transformation of market incentives and release ecological dividends;adhere to the people-oriented development principles and attach importance to ecological civilization education;establish and improve third-party evaluation mechanisms and build an institutional guarantee with an ecological rule of law;focus on a global perspective to seek international cooperation and solve binding problems in accordance with local conditions.更多还原
