文家坡煤矿巷道矿压观测及底臌机理分析

【摘要】 为全面了解文家坡煤矿巷道矿压分布和围岩运动情况,掌握巷道变形规律,以4102工作面回风巷为例,根据综采工作面开采的技术和地质条件,研究制定矿压观测方案并进行监测。通过对表面位移、锚杆(索)受力等现场实测和数据分析,研究了锚杆(索)受力及巷道围岩变形规律,评价了巷道支护现状,分析得到了巷道底臌的主要原因。观测结果显示:顶板及两帮围岩稳定,锚杆最大受力为其杆体屈服载荷的42.3%,锚索最大受力为其拉断载荷的29.5%,未达到最大受力载荷,但以泥岩为主的巷道地板在高地应力、采掘扰动、水等共同作用下发生了不稳定蠕变,导致巷道底臌。

【Abstract】 In order to fully understand the mine pressure distribution and surrounding rock movement of roadway in Wenjiapo mine,taking No.4102 working face return airway as an example,the mine pressure observation plan was determined according to the technical and geological conditions of fully mechanized mining face.Through the field measurement and data analysis of surface displacement and anchor stress,the effect of roadway support was evaluated,and the main causes of roadway floor heave were analyzed.The results show that the roof and surrounding rock are stable,the maximum force of bolt is 42.3% of yield load,and the maximum force of anchor cable is 29.5% of yield load.However,under the combined action of high ground stress,mining disturbance and water,the floor heave of the mudstone roadway is generated.
