基于BIM的水利工程施工管理模式及应用流程

【摘要】 目前BIM技术的研究与应用主要集中在项目设计阶段,将其用于施工管理的较少且尚不成熟。本文以水利工程施工管理为出发点,分析了BIM技术应用于施工管理中的特点和优势,在传统水利工程管理模式基础上,引入BIM团队,提出了适用于水利工程施工管理的应用模式,并构建了基于3个层次(数据层、处理层、应用层)、2个系统(模拟BIM系统、实时BIM系统)的管理平台,最后以土石坝施工管理为例,设计了模拟BIM系统与实时BIM系统的具体实施流程。

【Abstract】 At present, the research and application of BIM technology is mainly concentrated in the project design stage and its application for construction management is less and limited to the management mode application is still not mature. Based on the construction management of water conservancy projects, this paper analyzed the advantages and characteristics of BIM technology applied in construction management. Based on the traditional water conservancy project management mode, this paper introduced the BIM team and proposed an application mode suitable for hydraulic engineering construction management. Based on three levels(data layer, processing layer and application layer), two systems(simulated BIM system and real-time BIM system) management platform, and finally taking the earth-rock dam construction management as an example, the specific implementation processes of simulated BIM system and real-time BIM system were designed. The results show that the application of BIM in the construction stage of water conservancy projects can provide reference for engineering practice and also can provide useful reference for similar project construction management.
