高硫铅锌矿选矿多方案对比试验研究

【摘要】 高硫铅锌矿含有多种矿物,且各种矿物的可浮性差异不大。通过对4种不同选矿工艺流程的选矿指标、药剂成本及再磨矿量进行详细对比,最终确定优先选铅—锌硫混选/分离工艺为最佳选矿工艺流程,可以低成本地获得较佳的选矿指标。

【Abstract】 A high-sulfur lead-zinc ore contains a variety of minerals, and their floatability is close. After detailed comparison of four kinds of beneficiation process flow in dressing indexes, reagent cost and regrinding duty, the process flow involving prior lead flotation and then zinc-sulfur bulk flotation and separation was determined as the optimal one, thus excellent beneficiation indexes were obtained at low cost.
