面向车门关门力的密封胶条分部曲率优化设计方法

【摘要】 车门关门力是衡量整车质量的重要指标之一,而车门密封胶条结构特性是影响车门关门力大小的主要因素之一。通过分析车门密封胶条结构特性以及压缩特性,并由此提出了一种新的分部曲率优化设计方法。即为在满足密封胶条优化的边界条件下,根据曲率变化为零处作为分位点,对密封胶条结构进行分部曲率划分,针对不同部分轮廓的曲率进行优化设计。然后利用有限元仿真软件计算结果并证明该方法的有效性,为车门密封胶条的前期结构设计和优化提供了指导。

【Abstract】 Door closing force is one of the most important quality indexes of vehicle,and structural characteristics of the door sealing is a(one of the)main factor that impacts the size of the door closing force.By analysing the structure and compression characteristics of the sealing,a new method for optimizing sealing structure is proposed by dividing sealing into segmental curvature.In order to meet the boundary conditions optimized for the seal,the curvature of the seal structure is divided into zero according to the curvature change,and the curvature of the different contours is optimized. Then the finite element simulation software is used to calculate the results,which proves the effectiveness of the method and provides guidance for the early structural design and the optimization of the door sealant.
