【摘要】 文章运用信息经济学、平台经济学等理论,系统分析了互联网金融在农业供给侧结构性改革中应用的理论逻辑和现实意义,构建了互联网金融在农业供给侧结构性改革中应用的基本模式和政策框架。互联网金融作为农村金融供给的有益补充,有利于缓解农村融资难、融资贵等问题,是深化农业供给侧结构性改革的新动能,应坚持鼓励创新与防范风险并重,积极完善互联网金融规制和风控框架,加强农村互联网基础设施建设,培养现代农村金融人才,合理适度地推动互联网金融在农业供给侧结构性改革中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the theories of information economics and platform economics,this paper systematically analyses the theoretical logic and practical significance of the application of Internet Finance in the structural reform of agricultural supply side. The basic model and policy framework of the application of Internet Finance in the structural reform of agricultural supply side are constructed. Internet finance,as a useful supplement to rural financial supply,is conducive to alleviating the difficulties and costs of rural financing. It is the new kinetic Energy for deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side. It is suggested to encourage both innovation and precaution,to complete Internet Finance regulations and risk-control system,and to strengthen the internet infrastructure construction in the rural areas. It is also recommended to train more modern rural internet engineers and to promoting the application of Internet Finance in agricultural supply-side structural reform in a rational and appropriate Way.更多还原
