33份薄壳山核桃品种种质资源的遗传多样性分析
Genetic diversity analysis of 33 pecan varieties based on ISSR marker
【摘要】 以阜阳市林业科学技术推广站苗圃的33份薄壳山核桃品种为试材,利用ISSR分子标记技术对其进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明用8条引物对33份样品进行扩增,共检测扩增位点58个,其中多态性位点45个,多态性位点百分率(PPB)为77.59%,Nei’s基因多样性(H)为0.301,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.418,各品种间UPGMA遗传距离在0.67~0.84之间。ISSR可以有效揭示薄壳山核桃品种间的遗传多样性,研究结果对于薄壳山核桃品种鉴定和杂交育种具有重要参考价值。
【Abstract】 Taking 33 pecan varieties in nursery garden of Fuyang Forestry Science and Technology Extension Station as materials, the genetic diversity of them was analyzed by ISSR molecular marker technology. The results showed that 58 bands were amplified by 8 informative and reliable primers, of which 45 were polymorphic loci. The percentage of polymorphic loci(PPB)was 77.59%, Nei’s gene diversity(H) was equaled to 0.301, Shannon’s Information index(I) was 0.418. The genetic distance of UPGMA between varieties was between 0.67 and 0.84. ISSR can effectively reveal the genetic diversity among pecan varieties,and the research results have important reference value for the evolution and classification of varieties.
