【摘要】 基于DPSR模型,采用熵权TOPSIS、β收敛检验及面板数据回归,从"经济社会发展D-驱动力、生态胁迫压力P-压力、生态系统环境S-状态、环境保护R-回应"4个系统测度西北五省生态文明发展水平并进行收敛性检验和影响因素的分析,以期为西北五省生态文明建设的管理决策提供科学依据。结果表明:2000—2016年生态文明发展水平呈"先缓后急"波动攀升的趋势;生态文明发展水平及其驱动力、压力子系统均存在显著的绝对β、条件β收敛,状态、回应系统不存在绝对β收敛,但存在条件β收敛;人均居住消费、人均教育文化娱乐消费、人均食品消费对生态文明发展水平的影响有显著的正向作用,人均GDP、城市化率对生态文明发展水平的影响有显著的负向作用,城镇人均住房面积对生态文明发展水平的影响不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on DPSR model,using entropy TOPSIS,Convergence Test and Panel Data Regression,the development level of ecological civilization in the five northwestern provinces was measured from the four system of D-driving force economic and social development,P-pressure ecological stress pressure,S-state ecosystem resource endowment,R-response ecological environment protection,and convergence test and analysis of influencing factors were conducted,in order to provide scientific basis for management decision-making of ecological civilization construction in the five northwestern provinces.It showed that from 2000 to 2016,the index of ecological civilization development level in five northwestern provinces maintained the volatility rose in trend of’first slow and then fast’;there were significant absoluteβand conditionalβconvergence in the development level of ecological civilization and its driving force and pressure subsystem,there was no absoluteβconvergence in the state and response system,but there was conditionalβconvergence;per capita living consumption,per capita education and cultural entertainment consumption,per capita food consumption had a very significant positive effect on the development level of ecological civilization,per capita GDP and rate of urbanization had a significant negative effect on the development level of ecological civilization,the impact of urban per capita housing area on the development level of ecological civilization is not significant.更多还原
