【摘要】 生态与经济协调发展是当前我国区域经济实现绿色发展的关键点,也是推进生态文明建设的首要任务。安徽省由于经济基础薄弱、人力资源培育滞后、资源环境市场配置机制欠缺、生态文明体系不健全等因素的制约,使得生态与经济协调发展方面仍存在不足之处。但是,安徽省在生产力要素、产业转型、生态文明制度建设、国家政策扶持等方面具有后发优势,应抓住机遇,践行新的发展理念,以创新发展引领美好安徽建设为发展思路,以构建安徽生态经济战略体系为发展路径,以健全法规制度和政策支撑为发展保障,实现生态与经济的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coordinated development of ecology and economy is one of the keys to realizing the green development of China’s regional economy, and it is also one of the primary tasks to promote the construction of ecological civilization. Due to the constraints of weak economic foundation, lagging human resources development, lack of allocation mechanism for resources and environment market and unsound ecological civilization system, there are still some deficiencies in the coordinated development of ecology and economy in Anhui province. The province, however, has the late-developing advantages in productivity factors, industrial transformation, ecological civilization system construction and national policy support. Therefore, it is necessary to seize opportunities and practice new development concept by adopting the innovative development to guide beautiful Anhui construction as the development idea, adopting the establishment of ecological economy strategic system as the development path, and adopting the improvement of laws, regulations and policy support as the development guarantee, so as to realize the coordinated development of ecology and economy.更多还原
