焦炭码头公司综合管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着全球一体化进程的加快和国际经济活动的日趋频繁以及供应链管理思想的兴起,现代港口特别是大型枢纽港的地位越来越突出。作为开展现代物流服务的推进器与连接器,港口处于陆运和水运两大基本运输方式的联结点,现代物流活动所要求的全过程、全方位系统跟踪管理已成为现代港口的主要服务内容,涉及到货物集散、中转、仓储功能,货代和船代功能,管理信息系统及EDI应用功能等等。天津港在滨海新区的开发开放中迎来了前所未有的机遇,行业竞争日趋激烈,企业需要提高工作效率、降低管理成本、提高服务水平和企业的竞争能力,一套适用高效的智能化信息系统则能够满足上述问题解决的需要。管理信息系统已经成为国有企业实现管理条理化、科技化、现代化的必要手段,它可以规范日常管理工作,支持领导决策,提高企业的运营效率,为企业提供及时、准确、广泛的信息。本文主要以天津港焦炭码头为背景,结合天津港焦炭码头公司的实际情况来开展论文的设计。根据天津港焦炭码头公司的生产实际与管理特点,从需求分析、功能模块设计、数据设计、系统实现等方面进行论述。焦炭码头管理信息系统分为生产调度系统、货运管理系统以及查询系统、工会系统、办公自动化系统等若干子系统,并且根据应用范围和管理要求,将每个子系统进行模块划分。采用C/S模式,以Oracle作为数据开发工具,完成系统的实现。

【Abstract】 With the development of globalization, and with the rise of supply chain method, modern port play more and more important role in logistic distribution system. Port, as the propeller modernlogistic distribution and the connection point of land transportation and watertransportation, is the connecting point between land transportation and water transportation. The entire process management and all dimensional tracking has become the main service of modern ports, including functions of ports, multi-modaltransportation, freight station, shipping agent, informationmanagement system, EDI application, and other supplementary functions as well.With the development and opening up of Tianjin Binhai New Area, Tianjin port ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity. With the fierce competition in attendant industry, how to improve work efficiency, reduce management costs, improve service levels and the competitiveness of the enterprises, have become the problems each enterprise must face. And appropriate, pertect MIS is a proven solution, which has become the coherent means for state-owned enterprises management. It can achieve consistent, technological and modernization in enterprises management. It can regulate day-to-day management, support decision-making, and improve the operational efficiency. It provide enterprises with timely, accurate, and a broad range of information.This paper mainly to the Tianjin Port coke terminal company as the backdrop, concentrate in the Tianjin Port coke terminal company’s the actual situation. According to the Tianjin Port coke’s production practice and management characteristics, this paper describes requirement analysis, systems analysis, systems design, system implementation. Coke Management Information System can be divided into production scheduling management subsystem, production freight management subsystems and systems management subsystem. And each subsystem is divided into several modules according to their function. C/S model to ASP and Oracle as a development tool is targeted mainly at the management of the decision-making requirements.
