广西民族预科教育研究
The Research of Guangxi Ethnic Pre-College Education

【摘要】 民族预科教育是党和政府为帮助少数民族培养政治干部和专业技术人才,加快民族地区经济社会发展,而实施的一种特殊的高等教育形式。广西民族预科教育一直以来走在全国同行的前列,对其研究具有重要的学术意义和现实意义。本文首先在掌握充足的文献资料的基础上,采用历史分析为主的方法,梳理了广西民族预科教育的发展历程,归纳、总结了广西民族预科教育的成就和基本经验,然后,运用马克思主义民族理论、教育学理论,采用实地调查法、综合分析法,分析了在新形势下如何坚持发展广西民族预科教育,如何不断完善广西民族预科教育。全文共分六个部分:第一部分绪论。第二部分对广西少数民族教育发展的概述。第三部分回顾广西民族预科教育的发展历程、概括广西民族预科教育的成就。第四部分总结广西民族预科教育的发展经验。第五部分针对在新时期广西民族预科教育面临的新情况,提出发展预科教育的建议。第六部分是结论。文章认为:尽管广西各民族地区经济社会文化发生了极大的变化,但是广西民族预科教育地位不能动摇。我们应该坚持发展广西民族预科教育,不断完善广西民族预科教育办学条件,提高广西民族预科教育办学质量,为实现广西各民族共同繁荣发展而努力。
【Abstract】 Ethnic pre-college education is a special form of higher education, which nurture political talent and expertise for communist party of china and our government to accelerate economic and social development in minority areas. Guangxi ethnic pre-college education has always been at the forefront of the national counterparts, the research has important academic and practical significance.In the paper, the author arranges the development process of Guangxi ethnic pre-college Education, and summed up the achievement and basic experience of Guangxi ethnic pre-college Education, using of historical analysis-base methods on the basis full documentation; then analysis how to adhere to develop and how to improve Guangxi ethnic pre-college Education under the new situation ,using Marxist nationality theory and education theory, using the field investigation and comprehensive analysis method.The full text is divided into six parts: Part I is Introduction. The second part is an overview of Guangxi minority education. The third part is recalling the development of Guangxi ethnic pre-college Education and summing up achievement of Guangxi ethnic pre-college Education. The fourth part is summarizing the developing experience of Guangxi ethnic pre-college Education. The fifth part is offerring to some recommendations about developing Guangxi ethnic pre-college Education in the new period. Part VI is the conclusion.The author think: Although economic and cultural situation have greatly changed in Guangxi all nationality region, the status of Guangxi ethnic pre-college education can not be shaken. We should insist to develop Guangxi ethnic pre-college education, improve the conditions of Guangxi ethnic pre-college education, and improve education quality to realize common prosperity of all ethnic groups in Guangxi.
