中等职业学校德育“五化”模式探索

【摘要】 当前,随着我国经济的快速发展,经济全球化的趋势越来越明显。时代的发展要求教育的变革,而学校的德育工作更为复杂和艰巨。道德建设事关国家安危。中等职业学校德育担负着培养适应我国现代化建设需要的高素质劳动者的重要任务,所以需要及时地培养出高素质的专业技术人才以满足社会经济建设的需求。我国目前处于社会转型期,政治、经济、科技、文化等各个领域正在发生着的深刻的变化,极大地冲击着中职学校固有的德育体系,中职德育面临着极大的挑战,我们需要鼓足勇气,不断探索创新,寻找到适合于中职学生发展的德育理念、德育目标、德育内容、德育方法和途径,走出一条富有职校特色的德育之路。德育工程是一个系统工程,有一个相对比较漫长的渐进过程,需要齐抓共管,共同努力。最重要的是,中职德育要深刻理解到中职教育的特殊性,按照中职学校的学生实际和职业教育的特点与规律来开展工作。职业学校,作为为社会培养、输送专业技能人才的主阵地,应该加强职业道德教育,不断对学生强化“先成人,后成才;想成才,先成人”的职业道德理念。笔者认为要加强中等职业学校的德育,必须在理论的指导下,紧密结合实践,深入对中等职业学校德育存在的问题进行探析。在此基础上,笔者提出自己的德育模式,即中等职业学校德育的专业化、系统化、自主化、军事化、人性化等“五化模式”。通过以上创新策略,我们将中职学校的德育难题较好地予以破解,使学校的德育工作“贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生”,学生们树立了职业理想,增强了实现目标的动力,教育和教学都取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】 Presently, as the fast development of our economy, the tendency of globalization is becoming more and more apparent. The progress of the age requires the progress of education, and the moral education of the school is becoming more complicated and tougher. The moral construction directly relates to the security of the country. The moral education in the vocational school has the mission to train the quality force needed for our modernization, so we should timely training the quality professional talent to satisfy the need of social and economical construction. Our country is in the turning point of society. Some deeply change takes place in the field of politics, economy, science, culture, etc, which greatly conflicts with the original moral education system in the vocational school. The moral education in the vocational school faces a big challenge. We should gather the courage and seek innovative theory, target, mission, and method which are suitable for the development for the vocational school student to form moral education with vocational school feature. The moral education is a systematical project and has a comparatively long process which needs the management and effort from all aspects. Most importantly, the moral education must realize the particularity of vocational school and we must carry our work according to the reality of the vocational school students and the particularity and law of the vocational school education. Vocational school, as the major faculties to raise professional talent for the social, must emphasize the vocational moral education and consistently influence the student with the vocational moral education—first to be good, then to be good; want to be good at, to be good at first.The author thinks to strengthen the moral education in the vocational school, we must explore in the existing problem in the moral education in the vocational school under the guidance of theory and practice. Based on this, the author proposed his own moral education mode, namely the“5-tion mode”—the professionalization, systematization, self-determination, militarization, humanization in the moral education of the vocational school. With above innovative measures, we break down the moral education difficulties existing in the vocational school, and made the moral education“closer to the reality, life and students”. In the meantime, the students establish their career target, and enhance the driving force to achieve the goal and the education and teaching achieve better effect.
