新课程改革下学校文化的建设

【摘要】 “课程”与“文化”是一对联系最为紧密的范畴。文化孕育了课程,课程传承着文化;没有文化的淀积,课程也就成了无源之水,无本之木;同时,课程又凝练着文化,没有了课程的负载,人类文明的历史长河也终将枯竭。当今时代,每个国家或地区都在以自己对“课程文本”的诠释,进行革命式的课程改革运动。2001年我国启动了新一轮的课程改革,本文欲在课程与学校文化的建设方面做一些尝试性的探究,试图建立一种课程与文化的合理的建构模式。本文由四大部分构成:第一部分:从世界课程改革的潮流,我国社会发展的需要,以及当前深化我国教育改革等视角,来阐述我们课程改革的背景与动因。时代的变革要求对我国目前的课程进行审慎的思考和总结。科学技术在二十世纪所取得的成就,使人们的生活面貌发生了很大的变化,以计算机应用为基础的信息化社会的发展,改变着人们的思维方式与生活方式。这些对教育和课程提出了新的要求。当今世界课程的发展与改革,已凸显竞争之势,唯有通过改革,才能为我国的课程发展谋出路。素质教育的提出,也要求我们必须改变旧课程的思维模式,树立符合素质教育要求的新的课程理念。第二部分:在对2001年国家颁布的新课程改革草案的精心研读的基础上,从四个维度对新课程改革的全新理念进行概括,在对新课程经过深思、挖掘的基础上,本文认为,新课程包含科学人文主义、人本主义、生活的回归和民主合作的文化精神。第三部分:主要对传统的学校文化对课程的阻抗的现状出发,分析了目前学校中制约学校文化重建的因素。从条件、思维方式、现状认识、习惯性方法、保守的心态等五个层面剖析了传统学校文化对新课程改革形成阻抗的现状。第四部分:从学校文化建设的五个方面,对学校文化的重建提出了具体的措施。本文认为,学校文化的建设不能盲目,应有合理的建构层面,包括教育主体、学校的观念、学校的制度和学校环境的转型。在本部分,本人也对学校文化建设的长期性作了一个尝试性的探究。在本部分中,笔者大胆尝试,把学校文化上升到文化哲学的高度,对学校文化的建设提出了自己的一些见解。

The culture conceived a course, the course spread to accept culture; Have no culture to accumulate, the course also became to have no water of source, having no the wood of origin; In the meantime, course and then practice culture, having no curricular of load, mankind civilization of history grow river also eventually will dried up. Nowadays ages, each nation or regions at with oneself’s annotation to "course text originally", carry on the course reform of revolution type sport.2001 our country started new the course of 1 reform, this text desire is at course and school culture of the construction do some try a sexual investigation, try to build up a kind of course and culture of reasonable of construction or purchase mode. This text from four greatly part of composings:The first part: From the current of world course reform, the demand of our country social development, and turned deeply at present our country education reform etc. angle of view, elaborate our course reform of background with move because of. The change request of ages carries on a cautious thinking and the summary to our country current course. The achievement that science technique obtains in 20 centuries, make people’s living feature take place very big variety, take calculator application as a developing of basal information-based society, change people’s mode of thinking and the life style. These put forward a new request to the education and the course. Nowadays development and reform of world course, have already highlighted the power of competition, pass reform only, then can for our country of the curriculum development strive for exit. The education for all-round development puts forward, also requesting we have to change the thinking mode of old course, setting up a new course principle of meeting the education for all-round development request.The second part: At to the new course of 2001 national promulgation reform the foundation that the drafted plan studies with meticulous care up, carry on generalizing to the all new principle that the new course reforms from four dimensions, at to new the course process think deeply, scoop out of foundation up, this text thinks, new course include science humanism, person originally doctrine, life of returning and returning the cultural spirit which cooperates with democracy.The third part: The factor mainly set out to the present condition of traditional school culture’s resistance to course, analyzed currently the check and supervision school in the school culture a reconstruction. Know from the condition, mode of thinking, present condition, habitual method, conservative of mindset etc. five levels analyzed traditional school culture to new the course reform present condition of becoming the resistance.The four-part :Put forward concrete measure to the reconstruction of school culture from five aspects of school cultural construction. This text thinks that the construction of the school culture can’t blindness, should have a reasonable construction or purchase level, include the transformation of the system and school environment of the idea, school of the education corpus, school.
