【副题名】以长春市重庆路人防商场为例

【摘要】 随着新世纪以来城市化进程加快以及社会的飞速发展,越来越多的人从农村涌入城市,导致有限的空间需要容纳更多的人口,给地面空间带来的压力可想而知,用地紧张、交通拥堵等问题接踵而来。因此我们需要将城市可用资源合理化使用、提高地下空间利用率。目前城市地下空间包括:地下通道、地下商场、地下车库、地下仓库等且已经达到了一定规模,而人防工程作为特殊的地下空间,它的发展与城市建设相结合是必由之路。本文从地下人防工程多年的发展过程进行分析,利用空间重构的设计手法,探讨安全可靠、舒适经济、合理合法的地下人防工程改造模式。文章分为五个章节进行:第一章阐述本文的研究背景、研究目的与意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容与方法、研究框架,为接下来的研究提供理论基础。第二章对长春市地下人防商场周边环境调研分析,剖析重庆路地下人防商场存在的问题。第三章通过阐述空间重构目的和原则,分析相关地下人防工程改造案例,得出地下人防工程空间重构的方法。第四章打造视觉盛宴般的城市客厅,重构地下人防空间,唤醒人们对地下空间的向往。第五章归纳总结全文,意图通过对地下人防工程的研究,改变地下空间浪费的现状,推动城市发展,希望能对人们继续探索地下未知的世界提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of society since the new century,more and more people are pouring into cities from rural areas,resulting in limited space that needs to accommodate more people.The pressure on ground space can be imagined,and problems such as land shortage and traffic congestion have come one after another.Therefore,we need to rationalize the use of available urban resources and improve the utilization rate of underground space.At present,urban underground space,including underground passages,underground shopping malls,underground garages,and underground warehouses,has reached a certain scale.As a special underground space,the development of civil air defense engineering combined with urban construction is the only way.This article analyzes the development process of underground civil defense engineering for many years,and uses the design method of spatial reconstruction to explore a safe,reliable,comfortable,economical,and reasonable and legal transformation mode of underground civil defense engineering.The article is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 elaborates on the research background,purpose and significance,current research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,and research framework,providing a theoretical basis for future research.Chapter 2 conducts research and analysis on the surrounding environment of underground civil air defense shopping malls in Changchun City,and analyzes the problems existing in Chongqing Road underground civil air defense shopping malls.Chapter 3 elaborates on the purpose and principles of spatial reconstruction,analyzes relevant cases of underground civil defense engineering renovation,and obtains the methods for spatial reconstruction of underground civil defense engineering.Chapter 4:Creating a visual feast like urban living room,reconstructing underground civil air defense space,and awakening people’s longing for underground space.Chapter 5 summarizes the entire text,with the intention of changing the current situation of underground space waste and promoting urban development through research on underground civil defense engineering.It is hoped that this can provide assistance for people to continue exploring the unknown underground world.更多还原
