基于多源数据的慈城古镇街道步行友好性评价与优化

【摘要】 近年来随着“以人为本”规划思想以及发展方式的转变,步行作为低碳、健康的出行方式,开始逐渐被各个国家所重视。同时京杭大运河的世界文化遗产申报也为运河沿线的历史古镇带来了新的发展机遇,向历史古镇的功能服务和空间品质提出了新的要求。因此对以步行为主导的历史古镇步行友好性展开深入的探索与研究具有一定的现实意义。加之大数据等新技术的发展,也为步行友好性的研究提供了新视角。在此背景下,本文以历史古镇街道步行友好性为研究对象。首先,梳理了研究背景和意义,明确步行友好性的内涵,并对国内外步行友好性相关研究成果进行梳理,总结归纳了国内外步行友好性主要的评价方法与测度指标;其次,在此基础上确立了历史古镇街道步行友好性的4个评价维度,并进一步细分为8项测度指标,构建历史古镇街道步行友好性评价指标体系。再以慈城古镇为实例,基于多源开放数据对各项指标进行处理量化并利用因子分析法构建慈城古镇街道步行友好性评价模型。并从整体街道层面、构成因子层面、不同类型街道层面分别评价慈城古镇街道步行友好性。本文还利用实际的步行运动轨迹数据作为校验数据,分析步行友好性评价结果与实际步行到访强度的相关性,校验评价模型的可靠性;最后,通过相关性分析定量研究步行友好性的影响因素,基于步行友好性的影响因素,提出慈城古镇街道的优化提升策略。并对本文的主要结论、创新点以及不足进行总结。研究认为:慈城古镇街道步行友好性存在空间分布和街道类型上的特征差异;其街道步行友好性受多维度要素的共同影响,受步行通畅性因子的影响最大,其次是步行环境舒适度、步行服务与危险性、最后是文保影响力。不同影响因素对慈城古镇街道步行友好性的作用机制不同。本研究能帮助规划者对历史古镇街道步行友好性的现状进行量化认知,并为历史古镇街道步行友好性评价探寻一种新的思路和方法。
【Abstract】 In recent years,with the transformation of the "people-oriented" planning thinking and development mode,walking as a low-carbon and healthy travel mode has gradually been valued by various countries.At the same time,the declaration of the world cultural heritage of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has also brought new development opportunities for the historical towns along the canal,and put forward new requirements for the functional services and spatial quality of the historical towns.Therefore,it has certain practical significance to carry out in-depth exploration and research on the pedestrian friendliness of historical towns dominated by walking.Coupled with the development of new technologies such as big data,it also provides a new perspective for the study of pedestrian friendliness.In this context,this paper takes the pedestrian friendliness of streets in historical towns as the research object.Firstly,the research background and significance are sorted out,the connotation of walkability is clarified,and the related research results of walkability at home and abroad are sorted out,and the main evaluation methods and measurement indicators of walkability at home and abroad are summarized;secondly,on this basis The four evaluation dimensions of pedestrian friendliness of streets in historical towns have been established,and they are further subdivided into 8 measurement indicators to build an evaluation system for pedestrian friendliness of streets in historic towns.Taking Cicheng Ancient Town as an example,the indicators are processed and quantified based on multi-source open data,and the evaluation model of street walkability in Cicheng Ancient Town is constructed by factor analysis.And quantitatively evaluate the pedestrian friendliness of Cicheng Ancient Town streets from the overall street level,the constituent factor level,and the different types of streets.This paper also uses the actual walking trajectory data as the verification data to analyze the correlation between the walking friendliness evaluation results and the actual walking visit intensity to verify the reliability of the evaluation model.Influence factors,based on the influence factors of pedestrian friendliness,the optimization and improvement strategy of Cicheng Ancient Town Street is proposed.It also summarizes the main conclusions,innovations and deficiencies of the text.The research shows that: the pedestrian friendliness of Cicheng Ancient Town has differences in spatial distribution and street types;the pedestrian friendliness of the streets is jointly affected by multi-dimensional factors,and is most affected by the pedestrian smoothness factor,followed by the walking environment comfort,Pedestrian service and danger,and finally cultural protection influence.Different influencing factors have different mechanisms on the pedestrian friendliness of streets in Cicheng Ancient Town.This study can help planners quantify the current status of pedestrian friendliness of streets in historic towns,and explore a new way of thinking and methods for evaluating the pedestrian friendliness of streets in historic towns.
