【摘要】 随着信息技术的飞速发展,大数据时代已经到来,电子数据和财政工作数据大量涌现,不断加快财政的信息化进程。推进基层财政信息化建设是大数据时代财税体制全面深化改革的要求,也是基层财政加强财政业务能力的应有之举,更是基层财政不断实现更加精准化、规范化、现代化和科学化管理的必然要求。面对电子政务的持续推进以及不断深化的财税体制改革,A区在转变工作职能的过程中,不断加快财政信息化建设,形成财政制度与财政信息化建设的协调发展,抓住机遇,坚持统筹兼顾,促进A区财政信息化建设工作的深入发展。本文在查阅、收集、分析和整理国内外相关资料的基础上,通过理论与文献综述的分析进行概念论述,论述了大数据、财政信息化、金财工程的概念特点,在对我国财政信息化发展历程、效益条件及大数据时代财政治理要素进行分析后,表明在大数据时代推进财政信息化建设的重要意义。同时,本文结合大数据时代A区财政信息化建设的实践探索为案例,从A区财政信息化建设的背景、历程、成就等多方面进行分析,并对A区的面临的机遇和挑战进行深入探索,为大数据时代基层财政信息化建设存在的问题提出相应的建议和对策。本文是将基层财政信息化建设置身于大数据的时代背景下的研究,是基于A区财政信息化建设实际,从多角度探讨大数据时代财政信息化建设的现状以及问题,从而总结出符合基层实际的路径和对策,既体现出前瞻性,又具有较大现实意义,提出的对策有很大的可行性,同时也可以为其他地区提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology,the era of big data has come,and a large number of electronic data and financial work data emerge,constantly accelerating the process of financial information.Promoting the construction of grass-roots financial informatization is the requirement of comprehensively deepening the reform of the financial and tax system in the era of big data,and it is also the necessary move for grass-roots finance to strengthen its financial business ability,and it is also the inevitable requirement for grass-roots finance to continuously realize more accurate,standardized,modernized and scientific management.In the face of the continuous promotion of e-government and the deepening reform of the financial and taxation system,in the process of changing the work functions,district A constantly speeds up the financial information construction,forms the coordinated development of the financial system and the financial information construction,seizes the opportunity,adheres to the overall consideration,and promotes the in-depth development of the financial information construction in District A.On the basis of consulting,collecting,analyzing and sorting out the relevant data at home and abroad,this paper discusses the concept of big data,financial informatization and financial engineering through the analysis of theory and literature review.After analyzing the development process,benefit conditions and financial governance elements in the era of big data,it shows that promoting financial management in the era of big data The significance of information construction.At the same time,combined with the practical exploration of financial informatization construction in area A in the era of big data,this paper analyzes the background,course,achievements and other aspects of financial informatization construction in area A,and deeply explores the opportunities and challenges faced by area A,so as to put forward corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures for the problems existing in the grass-roots financial informatization construction in the era of big data.This paper is a study of the grassroots financial informatization construction under the background of big data,it is based on the actual construction of financial informatization in A district,discusses the current situation and problems of financial informatization construction in the era of big data from multiple angles,thus summed up in line with the actual grassroots path and countermeasures,it not only reflects the forward-looking,but also has great practical significance,the proposed countermeasures have great feasibility,but also can provide reference for other regions.更多还原
