【摘要】 休闲农业是农业供给侧结构性改革的重要内容,为农村经济的进一步发展提供了动力,自2015年以来,连续四年的中央一号文件都提出要大力发展休闲农业,在各级政府的推动下,我国各地的休闲农业逐步发展起来了。但看似蓬勃发展的休闲农业,也存在着诸多的问题,比如基础设施建设较差、管理机制僵化、服务体系不完善等等,这些问题直接影响着我国休闲农业的发展,也影响了农村经济的发展。因此本文选择了我国休闲农业发展的问题进行研究,引入了案例新疆博州休闲农业发展问题进行分析,以期能够通过该地区休闲农业发展分析,找出问题并提出发展的对策,为我国休闲农业发展提供一定的思路。本文首先分析了新疆博州农业的发展现状,通过对现状的分析,找出了该地区休闲农业发展存在的主要问题,包括管理水平较低、经营形式千篇一律、缺乏特色、从业人员素质不高、资金投入不足、商业化竞争严重、政府支持力度低,基础设施配套不完善以及融资渠道有限等等。通过对博州休闲农业发展的SWOT分析以及国内外休闲农业发展的成功案例分析,结合目前博州发展的实际,本文给出了新疆博州发展休闲农业的建议有七个方面:第一,加强政府引导,合理规划布局;第二,科学考察规划,因地制宜开发;第三,建立行业协会,规范行业监督管理;第四,加强基础设施建设,加大招商引资力度;第五,丰富产业结构,构建延伸产业链条;第六,加大宣传力度;第七,提升队伍素质,改善服务质量。新疆博州发展休闲农业,具有一定的基础,需要在正视目前存在问题并进一步改进的基础上,紧跟政策引导不断发展。本文所给出的建议,对于新疆博州休闲农业的发展具有一定的借鉴价值和意义。另外通过本文的研究,能够为学者进一步研究休闲农业相关课题提供案例支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leisure agriculture is an important part of the supply-side structural reform of agriculture,providing impetus for the further development of rural economy.Since 2015,the central no.1 document for four consecutive years has proposed to vigorously develop leisure agriculture.With the promotion of governments at all levels,leisure in all parts of China has gradually developed.But seemingly thriving leisure agriculture,there are also many problems,such as poor infrastructure and rigid management mechanism,imperfect service system,these problems directly affects the development of leisure agriculture in our country,also affected the development of rural economy,this article chose the studies the development of leisure agriculture in our country,introduces the case of Xinjiang BoZhou leisure agriculture development is analyzed,in order to through the analysis of the leisure agriculture development in the region,find out problems and put forward development countermeasure,offer some suggestions for leisure agriculture in our country development.This article first analyzes the development status of agriculture in Bozhou,Xinjiang,through an analysis of the current situation,on the basis of finding out the main problems of leisure agriculture development in the region,the study found that BoZhou leisure agriculture development in Xinjiang,there are low management level,form the same camp,lack of leisure agriculture characteristics,personnel quality is not high,insufficient capital investment,commercial competition is serious,the government support is low,supporting infrastructure is not perfect and limited financing channels.Based on the SWOT analysis of the development of leisure agriculture in Bozhou and the successful case analysis of the development of leisure agriculture at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of Bozhou at present,this paper gives suggestions on the development of leisure agriculture in Bozhou,Xinjiang,and puts forward seven suggestions;Second,scientific investigation planning,according to local conditions development;Third,establish trade associations to standardize the supervision and management of the industry;Fourth,strengthen infrastructure construction and strengthen investment attraction;Fifth,enrich industrial structure and build extended industrial chain;Sixth,increase publicity efforts;Seventh,improve team quality and service quality.The development of leisure agriculture in Bozhou,Xinjiang has a certain foundation,which needs to follow the policy guidance for continuous development on the basis of facing up to existing problems and further improvement.The suggestions given in this paper have certain reference value and significance for the development of leisure agriculture in Bozhou,Xinjiang.In addition,the study in this paper can provide case support for scholars to further study related subjects of leisure agriculture.更多还原
