W水库防汛通信预警系统建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】 伴随着数字化信息化时代的到来,高新技术产品日益增加和完善。各行各业为了提高和完善生产、管理水平,同时提高自身的行业竞争力,都争先采用成熟、完善的高新技术产品。本论文以W水库防汛通信预警系统建设这个项目作为研究对象,充分运用了项目进度规划以及管理的一些理论知识,对本项目的进度管理展开相关研究。本篇论文主要通过运用项目进度管理的一些理论知识对W水库防汛通信预警系统建设项目进行管理:采用关键线路法、网络进度计划技术、资源平衡技术、关键链技术等对项目进度进行分析,利用甘特图、里程碑图、关键路径法等几种常用的进度管理工具和方法对进度进行控制,在项目实施过程中根据分析结果对项目进度进行调整,确保在既定的时间范围内,在有限的资源条件下,顺利完成项目建设。本论文为W水库防汛通信预警系统建设项目的进度管理提供了参考。
【Abstract】 With the advent of the era of digital information,high-tech products are increasing and improving.In order to improve and improve the production and management level and improve the competitiveness of their own industries,all walks of life are striving to adopt mature and perfect high-tech products.This dissertation takes W reservoir flood control communication early warning system construction as the research object,makes full use of the project schedule and some theoretical knowledge of management,and studies the progress management of this project.This dissertation mainly manages the construction project of W reservoir flood control and communication early-warning system by using some theoretical knowledge of project schedule management.The project schedule is analyzed by key line method,network schedule planning technology,resource balance technology and key chain technology,Gantt chart,milestone map,critical path method and other commonly used schedule management tools and methods to control the progress of the project implementation process based on the analysis results to adjust the progress of the project to ensure that within a given time frame,in a limited Resources,the successful completion of the project.This paper provides a reference for the progress management of W reservoir flood control communication early warning system construction project.
