轻简型半自动移栽机的设计及其关键部件的研究

【摘要】 移栽机作为机械代替人工移栽的机具,具有省时、高效、节本的作用。目前,国内研制的移栽机,结构复杂、体型庞大、要求较高操作技巧。在此基础上,本文提出开发一款简单轻巧、适合我国中等规模蔬菜种植国情的轻简型半自动移栽机。主要研究内容如下:⑴设计轻简型半自动移栽机的总体方案。通过仿真分析栽植器运动轨迹,确定行星轮滑槽式栽植器作为本文移栽机的栽植部件。⑵设计行星齿轮滑槽式栽植器。确定滑槽后偏角、行星架长度和转动连杆长度以及行星齿轮机构的齿轮重要参数;分析影响鸭嘴开合距离的主要因素,并确定行程杆移动距离(凸轮推程)和C点位置,即H(28)4mm、1L(28)35mm、L2(28)25mm。⑶进行行星齿轮滑槽式栽植器的运动学仿真。仿真分析得到鸭嘴尖端的运动规律,为优化栽植器提供依据。分析不同特征参数?下鸭嘴前、后额的运动轨迹。分析表明:当?(29)1时,钵苗直立度更好,满足设计要求。⑷设计样机的控制系统。构建多种作业模式的动力分配系统、确定控制系统的硬件组成和控制流程。⑸进行样机的田间性能试验。续航试验表明:样机的续航里程至少为1.05km,续航时间至少为2小时。样机的续航能力满足设计要求。移栽试验表明:漏栽率低于5%,倒伏率低于7%,株距变异系数小于25%,栽植深度合格率大于75%,栽植合格率大于90%,作业性能稳定、栽植质量良好,符合旱地移栽机的主要性能指标规定。
【Abstract】 Transplanter is a machine to replace artificial transplanting equipment with a time-saving,efficient and cost-effective.At present,a variety of artificial transplanting machines have been developed in China.But the structure is relatively complex,the body is relatively large,and the operating skills are demanding.On this basis,this paper proposes to develop a light and simple semi-automatic transplanter that is simple and lightweight and suitable for the cultivation of medium-sized vegetables in China.The main research content is as follows:(1)Design the overall scheme of the light and simple semi-automatic transplanter.Through the simulation analysis of the planter movement trajectory,the planetary roller chute planter was determined as the planting part of the transplanter in this paper.(2)Design planetary gear chute planters.Determine the slip angle of the chute,the length of the planet carrier,the length of the rotating connecting rod,and the important gear parameters of the planetary gear mechanism;analyze the main factors affecting the opening distance of the duckbill,and determine the travel distance of the stroke rod(cam stroke)and the position of the C point.(3)Kinematic simulation of planetary gear chute planters.The simulation analysis shows that the tip of the duck’s beak moves in order to provide the basis for optimizing the planter.Analyze the trajectory of the prefrontal and posterior forehead of duck beak with different characteristic parameters.The analysis shows that: when the seedlings stand upright,they meet the design requirements.(4)Design the prototype control system.Build a power distribution system for various operating modes,determine the hardware composition and control flow of the control system.(5)Prototype field performance test.The battery life test shows the cruising range of the prototype is at least 1.05 km and the battery life is at least 2 hours.The life of the prototype meets the design requirements.The transplanting experiment showed the leakage planting rate was less than 5%,the lodging rate was less than 7%,the plant spacing variation coefficient was less than 25%,the planting depth qualification rate was more than 75%,the planting qualification rate was more than 90%,and the operating performance was stable and the planting quality was good.In line with the main performance indicators for dryland transplanters.
