基于多维化的供热服务企业监控系统

【摘要】 本文论述依托大庆油田供热企业现有的供热监控设备,通过研究应用数字通信技术、实时数据采集技术、视频远程传输技术及水质在线监测技术等,建立全面监控各级热源和热网的企业监控系统,系统各项功能紧密结合管理实际,监控软件系统应用模式多样,采用系统集成、数据交换、数据接口、远程自控以及通讯技术等多种方式,搭建供热指挥调度平台和生产控制系统数据采集与监视平台。多维化的监控平台包括完成数字化矿区管理平台的建设,包含统一登录界面、监控图像等已建系统,接入、接口开发、定制开发视频监控集成平台,图形二次组态、各种协议接口库的开发,生产控制系统等系统的集成与开发,数据联动与共享、数据集中与指挥等。建立的数据中心是整个系统的核心,所有信息数据都从二级单位提取,并汇聚存储在安全的中心核心机房内,机房充分考虑完备的配套设备,包括:电气供应,空调运维监控等。最终在指挥终端形成多维化的供热企业生产监控系统,实现了供热企业热力站和锅炉房等站点的远程监测,各类基础设施档案的完善,通过多种渠道有效的促进供热企业精细运行调节,及时地为用户提供服务,推进企业的科学管理。
【Abstract】 In this paper,relying on the Daqing oil heating enterprises existing heating monitoring equipment,through the research on the application of digital communication technology,real-time data acquisition technology,remote video transmission technology and on-line monitoring technology,enterprise monitoring system to establish a comprehensive monitoring at all levels of heat source and heat supply network,the system combined with management practice,monitoring software application modes by system integration,data exchange,data interface,remote control and communication technology in a variety of ways,building heating dispatching platform and production control system of data acquisition and monitoring platform.The multidimensional monitoring platform including the construction of complete digital mine management platform has been built,including a unified system login interface,image monitoring,access,interface development,customized video surveillance integration platform,the development of graphical configuration,the two protocol interface library,integration and development of production control system,data sharing and linkage and the data collection and control.The establishment of the data center is the core of the whole system,all the information data are extracted from the two units,and converged storage in the safe core of the computer room,the room fully consider the complete supporting equipment,including: electrical supply,air conditioning operation and maintenance monitoring.Production monitoring system of heating enterprises in the multidimensional command terminal,a remote monitoring system for heating enterprises and thermal power station boiler room site,improve infrastructure archives,through various channels to promote the fine operation of heating enterprises,to provide timely service for users,and promote the scientific management of enterprises.
