【摘要】 20世纪70年代以来,我国做出了改革开放的重要决策,社会主义市场经济快速发展,农业领域的整体生产水平得到了空前的发展,我国的农产品市场不再由卖方主导。由于资源的限制、市场的局限,我国农业发展缺乏强劲的动力支持,而伴随着世界经济一体化进程的不断加快,中国经济正以全新姿态在世界经济发展中独占鳌头。这要求我们充分利用国际市场,重视农业经贸合作,俄罗斯耕地资源丰富的远东地区与我国东北地区山水相连,中俄农业经贸合作具备天然优势。本文第一部分为绪论,主要介绍中俄农业经贸合作问题的研究背景、意义及文献综述。第二部分为理论基础,主要介绍本文选用的研究方法及本文应用较多的四个主要基本理论:国际分工理论、绝对优势理论、比较优势理论、要素禀赋说。第三部分主要分析了中俄农业经贸合作的现状。通过中国统计年鉴、中华人民共和国商务部等官方网站、联合国粮食农业组织数据库(FAO)等收集数据,对中国与俄罗斯农业1978-2015年的数据进行对比,全面分析中俄两国农产品的生产、消费、贸易现状。同时,从中俄两国的农业投资领域入手,通过中俄两国的劳动力流通、生产资金要素流通、农业生产资料流通、生产技术流通来反映出中俄农业投资现状。第四部分主要介绍中俄农业经贸合作的机遇与挑战。在分析中俄两国农产品贸易、农业投资现状的基础上,我们发现中俄农业经贸合作在新的国际政治经济环境下,其面临着新的机遇与挑战。两国之间的合作环境不断优化、投资要素更加互补、贸易需求更加旺盛,这些新的机遇为两国的农业经贸合作提供了可能性。但是,与此同时,复杂的国际环境也给中俄农产品贸易和农业投资带来了挑战。面对中俄两国的农产品贸易和农业投资合作的挑战,本文第五部分从合作环境、农业投资合作、农产品贸易合作三个方面提出了解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1970 s,China has made important decisions on reform and opening up,the rapid development of the socialist market economy,the overall level of production in the agricultural sector has been an unprecedented development,China’s agricultural market is no longer dominated by the seller.Due to the limitation of resources and the limitation of the market,the lack of strong support for the development of agriculture in China is accompanied by the accelerating process of world economic integration.The Chinese economy is taking a new attitude in the world economic development.This requires us to make full use of the international market,attach importance to agricultural economic and trade cooperation,the Russian rich agricultural resources in the Far East and northeastern China connected to the landscape,Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation with natural advantages.The first part of this paper is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,significance and literature review of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation.The second part is the theoretical basis,mainly introduces the research methods chosen in this paper and the four main basic theories applied in this paper: international division of labor theory,absolute superiority theory,comparative advantage theory,factor endowment theory The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation.Through the China Statistical Yearbook,the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and other official websites,the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO)and other data collected,the Chinese and Russian agriculture 1978 to2015 data comparison,a comprehensive analysis of Sino-Consumption,trade status.At the same time,starting from the field of agricultural investment between China and Russia,through the Sino-Russian labor flow,production capital elements of circulation,agricultural production flow,production technology circulation to reflect the current situation of Sino-Russian agricultural investment.The fourth part mainly introduces the opportunities and challenges of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of agricultural trade and agricultural investment between China and Russia,we find that China-Russia agricultural economic and trade cooperation faces new opportunities and challenges under the new international political and economic environment.The cooperation environment between the two countries is constantly optimized,the investment elements are more complementary and the trade demand is more vigorous.These newopportunities provide the possibility for the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.At the same time,however,the complex international environment has also challenged Sino-Russian agricultural trade and agricultural investment.In the face of the challenge of agricultural trade and agricultural investment cooperation between China and Russia,the fifth part of this paper puts forward the countermeasures from three aspects: cooperative environment,agricultural investment cooperation and agricultural trade cooperation.更多还原
