交通发展对徐州城市空间演化的影响机理研究

【摘要】 徐州处于陇海、京沪两大铁路干线的交汇处,众多国道环绕城周,又有黄河故道穿城而过,是全国重要的交通枢纽城市之一。交通既是基础设施,又是交通产业,交通发展对于城市的空间演化有着很大的影响力。文章从三个尺度层面探究了交通发展对徐州城市空间演化的影响。宏观层面,通过文本分析和地理图谱的解读,探究了交通变迁对徐州城市空间演变的影响;中观层面,通过计算出行半径,对比交通线路扩展与城市用地扩张之间的相关性,探讨交通发展对城市规模、城市扩展以及城市形态的影响;微观层面,提取1984-2013年徐州商业、居住、工业用地以及水路、铁路、公路交通干线,运用缓冲区分析法,探讨三类交通对城市功能空间的影响。研究表明:(1)徐州交通主轴线不断演变,从汴泗二水为主轴,到大运河为主轴,到津浦、陇海铁路为主轴,再到多元交通综合发展,交通干线沿线城镇不断发展,吸引人口、经济、产业在此集聚。(2)交通方式更新加快了人们的出行速度,城市面积不断扩大;交通线路的牵引使得徐州城市发展重心由西南转向南又转向东,道路网络不断完善,使得城市扩张速度加快;通过城市扩展强度指数、分形维数和紧凑度的计算,对比城市道路网布局,可以看出徐州城市用地经历着“扩展-填充-再扩展-再填充”的过程。(3)整体而言,不同交通方式对不同功能用地影响不同。城市中60%-70%的功能用地都分布在交通干线周边。建国以来,徐州作为典型煤炭资源型城市,铁路对工业用地的吸引力最大;1990年代以来,城市开始转型,公路和水路的影响力增强,工业用地和居住用地对公路、水路的依赖性较大;近年来,城市转型加速,商业和居住用地发展迅速,公路对城市功能用地的影响突出。最后,针对徐州城市空间发展中交通干线的阻隔、公共交通滞后、城市功能布局不合理和观音国际机场吸引力不足等问题,提出了加强城市内部沟通、构建高效公共交通系统、优化功能空间和完善综合交通网络等相关优化措施。

【Abstract】 As one of the importan ttraffic hub cities in China,Xuzhou is located in the junction of Longhai Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai line with lots of national roads surrounded and the old Yellow River passes through the city.The traffic development of Xuzhou has a big influence on the urban spatial evolution because the traffic is both infrastructure and transportation industry.There are three levels in this paper to explore the influence of traffic development on Xuzhou urban spatial evolution.The macro level through the analysis of the influence of traffic changes on the spatial pattern of Xuzhou by using text analysis and geographical maps;The meso level explores the influence of traffic on the city scale,the urban expansion and the urban morphology by comparing with the traffic line extension and the extension of urban land by calculating the travel radius;The micro level investigate the effect of three types of traffic on urban functional space by using the buffer zone analysis method and extracting three types of land including commercial land,residential land and industrial land and three types of traffic trunk including the waterway,the railway and the driveway from the actuality map of Xuzhou City from 1984 to 2013.The results are as follows:Firstly,The main traffic axis of Xuzhou City was from the Bian River and the Si River to the Grand Canal,to Jin-Pu Railway and the Longhai Railway and to the comprehensive development of multi traffic now.Towns along the main lines of communication are developing stronger and attracting population,economies and industries.Secontly,People are traveling faster and the city area continues to expand by the update of transportation.With the improvement of the road network and the traction of traffic lines,the development focus of Xuzhou was from the south-west to the south and to the east.By calculating the urban expansion intensity index,fractal dimension and the compactness and comparing with the urban roads network,the urban land is experiencing the progress of “expansion-filling-re-expansion-re-filling”.Thirdly,as a whole,different traffic modes have different effects on different functional land use.In the city,60%-70% of the lands are located near the main lines of communication.Since the founding of the country,Xuzhou as a typical coal resources city,the railway has the biggest attraction mainly to the industrial lands;Since the late 1990 s,Xuzhou began to transition,the driveway and the waterway have more influence in the industrial and residential land;The urban function land has been effected obviously by the driveway in recent years.Lastly,aiming at the problems about blocking the traffic line,the hysteresis of public traffic,unreasonable urban function layout and the lack of attractions of the Guanyin International Airport,this paper presents relevant measures: strengthening the urban internal communication,structuring efficient public transport system,optimizing function space and improving comprehensive traffic network.
