基于UHF RFID的门禁与考勤系统

【摘要】 随着人员流动性的增长,社会人员的身份也相对复杂。为了保证公司的财产安全,同时有效的督促员工按时工作,提高公司整体的工作效率,许多企业都配备了不同的门禁考勤设备。对于中小企业而言,进出公司的人流量不大,但是随机性较强。针对以上现象,设计中构建了一套基于UHF RFID技术的远距离记录考勤信息的系统。论文首先总结了中小企业对门禁考勤系统功能的需求,并将需求整理分层,将功能分为前台功能和后台功能。详细介绍了前台功能中数据的获取过程和员工登陆界面的设计过程。包括UHF RFID设备与计算机通讯的实现,系统获取数据后向门禁控制器发送指令的过程,和员工登陆的程序流程设计等。除此之外,还介绍了后台功能的设计与实现,包括分析系统主体,创建数据库,设计数据库中的表,构建管理员登陆系统后所面对的一系列功能界面。重点介绍了系统中人员定位功能的实现。包括测距实验的设计,测距模型的确定,对传统LANDMARC算法的改进,定位系统的结构设计等。综合系统各项功能要求,最终采用的硬件设备中,读写器与天线均采用中电海康的产品,读写器主要以HIK-PFM104型UHF嵌入式读写模块为核心。门禁控制器采用单门联网门禁控制器,可以控制一个门的双向进出,与计算机的通讯方式为RS485串口通讯,具有报警功能,配置常闭断电开门式门锁。最后针对实现的效果,提出了该系统仍可改进的方面。该门禁考勤系统除了可以完成基本的安防功能、出勤情况记录功能、常规查询功能,和自动生成工资报表功能外,主要的特点是实现了远距离读取员工ID号,记录员工出入公司的时间信息。管理员可以随时掌握员工在工作区域内的行踪情况,以备不时之需。

【Abstract】 With the increasing mobility of staff, people’s identity becomes complicated. Many companies are equipped with access control and attendance checking equipment. This behavior is to ensuring the safety of the company’s property and improving the efficiency of the company. There are few people through the small companies, but employees through the company frequently. Building a system which based on UHF RFID is in order to solving the problem.Firstly, summarizing the function, that is divided into two parts. Describing the acquisition of data and designing of employee login interface. Including communications between UHF RFID devices and computer, sending commands to the Access Controller after getting the data, designing the program flow of employees landing. Besides,Background functional design was introduced too, such as creating a database, building administrator login system. Personnel positioning function is highlighted, such as designing the ranging experiment, determining ranging model, improving LANDMARC algorithm, designing the positioning model. In the system, there are embedded UHF RFID Module with HIK-PFM104, single door network access controller, and computer with RS485 serial port. Finally, according to the final results, some improvements have been proposed.Access control and attendance checking system can achieve some features include security, recording attendance, general inquiries, generating payroll reports automatically,reading the employee ID number remotely, recording time information of attendance,and learning the whereabouts of employees.
