【摘要】 在不同的时代背景下，不同朝代的文士形成了不同的独具时代特色的生活方式。东晋文士在门阀制度，贵族与皇室共同掌权，玄佛思想盛行等历史背景下，由于家族及自身的政治经济地位得到充分保证，因此淡化了功名的争夺的心态，转身追求隐逸之乐，并且崇尚自然山水、喜好谈玄论佛、注重服食养生、热衷艺文，将目光投向了个体精神自由的追求，从而形成了别具一代文采风流的生活方式。而王羲之可谓是东晋时期的最具代表性的文人，其生活方式在当时的文士中最具典型性。本文以王羲之的生活方式为主要研究对象，从而展开对东晋文士生活方式的研究。以求对王羲之及东晋文士的生活方式进行全面的梳理，力图使人们对王羲之及东晋文士的生活方式有进一步的全面了解。并试着探索东晋文士生活方式与文学的关系，从而更正确地去把握和认识那个时代的文化精神在文学历史长河中的地位与意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In different background of the times, the scribes of different dynasties form different lifeway which has the characteristics of the times. The Eastern Jin Dynasty Scribes living in the historical background which is in family system, nobility and royalty collegiality, metaphysics and Buddhism prevailing.Due to their family and political and economic status can be fully guaranteed, they are indifferent to fame and fortune, pursuit of reclusive and advocating natural landscape, Like to talk about the mysterious and the Buddha, pay attention to health by eat, Keen on literature and so on. Scribes were focused on the individual spiritual freedom with their heart and eyes,Thus formed the lifeway which has unique characteristics and full of wit, chic style. And Wang Xizhi is the most representative of the Eastern Jin dynasty scribes, his lifeway is the most typical in all of scribes at the time of the Eastern Jin dynasty.In the present article,we use Wang Xizhi’s lifeway as the main research object, and Study on the Eastern Jin dynasty literati lifeway.In order to fully carding Wang Xizhi and the Eastern Jin dynasty literati lifestyle, and tries to let people to fully and further understanding of Wang Xizhi and the Eastern Jin dynasty literati lifeway. And try to explore the effect of the Eastern Jin dynasty literati lifestyle on the literature produce.
