关于来华语言进修生教育管理相关问题的初步探讨

【摘要】 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》指出：加强国际交流与合作，坚持以开放促改革、促发展，开展多层次、宽领域的教育交流与合作，提高我国教育国际化水平。同时提出扩大外国留学生规模、实施留学中国计划。中国教育部于2010年颁发《留学中国计划》提出到2020年我国将成为亚洲最大的国际学生流动国家。来华语言进修生是来华留学生的重要组成部分，因此语言进修生的教育在整个来华留学生培养中占据重要地位。但是，目前我国来华语言生教育受多种因素的影响，在教育管理中面临招生规模有限、管理手段传统等问题。本论文以笔者在语言进修生管理方面的经验，结合前人在留学生管理方面作出的研究成果，对现今来华语言进修生教育管理存在的问题和发展趋势进行研究。文章首先回顾了对外汉语教育的历史和当前来华语言进修生教育的发展形势，并指出了当前来华语言进修生教育管理存在的问题；其次，通过对招生情况、行政配备、语言生管理人员综合素质的分析，在市场营销理论和人本管理理论的指导下，提出在来华语言进修生招生、管理等方面的可行性对策，最终达到加快来华语言进修生教育发展的目的。
【Abstract】 Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Program for Education Reform andDevelopment(2010-2020) indicates that we should strengthen international communicationand cooperation, adhered to the opening policy in promoting reform and development,andstart the multilevel and wide-field educational students and make ‘china plans to studyabroad’ comes into force for the purpose of enhancing our country’s internationaleducation.In2010,Ministry of Education promulgated china plans to study abroad whichestablished that in2020china aims to become the country where have the mostinternational students in asian.Language students take a significant proportion ofinternational students in china, the language students’ education play a very important rolein international students’education. However, the present situation of international studentsin china is not satisfied and the system of our country isn’t perfect,these restrict thedevelopment of language students’ education. This paper study on the current situation andthe future development of language students’ education.It points out that languagestudents’education in China are faced with the problems in students’ enrollment andmanagement. Based on others’ study on international student’s management and combinedwith the writer’s work experience in language students’management,under the guidence ofthe marketing theory and the humanistic management theory, feasible suggestions are putforward so as to improve the china’s international language students’education.
