MAX公司生产部员工绩效考核体系研究

【摘要】 随着信息社会的到来和市场竞争的日益深化,越来越多的企业开始重视绩效考核。许多企业希望通过建立一套完善的绩效考核体系,将抽象的战略有效地转化为具体的员工行动,以保证企业战略的顺利实施。在研究绩效考核体系与战略实施的关系方面,KPI(Key Performance Indicators)被广为关注。本文通过对MAX公司生产部现状的分析,探讨该方法的应用,希望为MAX公司生产部的绩效探索出一套适合的绩效考核体系。在内容结构上,本文在广泛学习和探讨国内外已有的绩效考核理论和考核方法的基础上,首先了解了MAX公司生产部的人力资源状况和分析了目前MAX公司生产部绩效考核的现状。其次,通过问卷调查和调研分析,总结出了MAX公司生产部绩效考核目前存在的主要问题。而后,基于企业的战略,探讨了如何在企业、部门、岗位三个层次上建立KPI绩效考核体系。最后,为了有效地实施绩效管理,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价构建了MAX公司生产部绩效考核模型,并为MAX公司生产部绩效考核体系实施提出了一些建议。
【Abstract】 With the advent of the information society and the deepening of market competition,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to performance management. In orderto ensure the enterprises strategy successfully, many enterprises hope that throughestablishment a comprehensive performance management system and through convert theabstract strategy into concrete actions of employees effectively. The study of the relationshipof performance management and strategy, KPI (Key Performance Indicators) are paidattention widely. By analyzing the status of the production sector in MAX and application ofthe method, the paper hopes to explore a suitable performance appraisal system for MAXproduction sector.On the content and structure, firstly, this paper based on the extensive study anddiscussion the domestic and foreign existing theories and methods of performance evaluation,learning the status of human resources in MAX and analyzing the current situation ofperformance appraisal of production sector in MAX. Secondly, through the questionnairesurvey and the analysis and research, summed up the problems at present in performanceappraisal in MAX production sector. Then, based on the strategy of the enterprise, discusseshow to establish KPI performance evaluation system at the three levels: enterprises,departments and post. Finally, in order to implement performance management effectively,this paper used the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to buildperformance evaluation model for MAX production sector, and Put forward some suggestionsfor implementation of the performance appraisal in MAX production sector.
