穿透式侦察雷达效能评估

【摘要】 本课题的研究是基于穿透式侦察雷达定型试验项目的展开。效能评估对于装备的预研、生产、改造等阶段都有重要的意义,本文旨在将效能评估应用到武器定型试验中去。穿透式侦察雷达作为一种新型雷达,其探测目标为生命体的心跳、呼吸和体动,该型雷达效能评估方法的研究对定型试验和日常应用都有重要的意义。通过分析穿透式侦察雷达的特点,将要评估的指标建立合理的指标体系;设计合理的效能试验方法,主客观相结合全面的考核装备效能。采用ADC (Availability,De-pendability and Capability)方法和AHP法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)相结合对穿透式侦察雷达进行效能评估,是经典效能评估方法在生命探测装备效能评估方面的一次尝试。本文给出了ADC方法与AHP法相结合的两种模型,通过对穿透式侦察雷达的可用度、可信度和固有能力的计算,来度量穿透式侦察雷达的综合效能。在固有能力的评估中,给出了相对重要指标试验方法,客观的来得到效能值,对于相对主观指标采用专家打分的方法来得到效能值,最后根据加权和的方式来得到固有能力,计算出最终效能值,结果表明该评估模型有效可行。其采用的经典评估方法历久不衰,具有普遍的借鉴意义,只要通过分析建立起其他类型的生命探测装备的效能评估指标体系,通过简单的试验就能准确、快捷对这些生命探测装备进行效能评估。提出的效能评估方法,对于装备的优化决策、科研试验提出了创新的方法,其最终结果也对以后装备应用、改造有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The research is based on the see-through surveillance radar shape of the pilot project started. Effectiveness’evaluation for equipment pre-research, production and transformation stages are important, this paper aims to assess the performance tests applied to the shape of weapons to go.See-through as a new radar reconnaissance radar, the target living body to detect the heartbeat, breathing and body movement, the radar performance assessment study and daily application of the approval test are important. By analyzing the characteristics of see-through surveillance radar, the target will be assessed a reasonable index system; designed performance test method, a combination of objective and subjective assessment of overall equipment effectiveness. ADC method and using the AHP Combination of radar detection performance of the see-through assessment, performance assessment methods is the classic life-detection equipment in the performance assessment of a try.In this paper, the ADC method and AHP Combination of the two models, through the see-through surveillance radar availability, reliability and inherent ability to calculate, to measure the overall performance of see-through surveillance radar. The inherent capacity assessment, given the relative importance of the indicator test method, the performance objective to get value for the relative subjective indicators using expert scoring method to get the performance value, the final weighted and based on the way to get the inherent ability to calculate the value of the final performance results show that the model is feasible and effective assessment. The assessment methods used in classic enduring, universal reference, as long as established by analyzing other types of life-detection equipment performance evaluation system, through a simple test can accurately and quickly to these life-detection equipment for performance evaluation .This paper presents the performance evaluation methods, and equipment for optimal decision-making, research and test innovative approaches proposed, the ultimate result of the equipment after application, the transformation has some reference.
