旅游区旅游演艺项目规划策略研究

A Study on Planning Strategy of Performing Art in Tourism Scenic Area

【摘要】 旅游区与其中的旅游演艺活动关系日益密切,旅游演艺具有作品丰富、制作精湛、单项投入大和消费潜力深广的趋势,同时旅游演艺活动也逐渐呈现出主题鲜明的地域文化属性和商业属性,经过不断的创新,形式也越来越丰富。本论文在对旅游演艺项目进行分类的基础上,认为旅游演艺的植入能够给旅游区带来强大的吸引力,提供可持续发展的动力,同时与地域文化相互融合的演艺形式还能为当地的支流文化树立起具有品牌效应的文化标杆,成为当地依靠旅游业延伸向其他多种行业的经济发展的代言名片。然而,旅游演艺项目在带来机遇的同时也会给旅游区造成生态破坏和品质良莠不齐的负面效应。旅游演艺在前期策划中首先要考虑的是主题定位和市场营销策划。主题定位方面需要挖掘地域文化,体现独特内涵;把握市场需求;提高项目的美学价值;分析旅游演艺项目在周边旅游区域中的项目异质性。市场营销应按照营销策划的程序,运用丰富的营销手段开展工作。因此在旅游规划中,应当建立明确的目标,在协调空间用地发展的前提下结合游赏功能,塑造主题景区的形象,丰富旅游产品设计,并以主题化、等级化、艺术化、市场化、多元化、品牌化为原则进行项目规划。在旅游演艺项目的总体布局策略中,首先在分析现状用地条件和旅游演艺活动的规模的基础上确定演艺项目的选址,并进行合理的功能分区与项目的空间布局。在此基础上,规划应形成一套完整的换乘体系和停车场系统,并设置适当的步行系统。然后,本文对旅游演艺项目的建筑风貌、公共设施和安全管理提出了要求。本论文最后以赤壁市羊楼洞古镇旅游概念规划为例对文章的内容进行了案例分析。

【Abstract】 After having gone through its infancy, early stage of tourism development expansion and unprecedented period of prosperity, tourism academy have gradually worked with a rich, exquisite production, high investment and the individual deeper trend of potential consumption. This makes tourism increasingly close related to the performing arts. Travel performing arts gradually show a theme that is distinctively regional cultural attributes and commercial properties. Through constant innovation, the form of performing art have been more and more rich.As a a supplement of tourist planning system theory, travel performing arts can be implanted to bring a strong tourist attraction, providing sustainable power to development. And the regional culture of performing arts that merge with the local culture can establish a brand of cultural models,and become an endorsement card which means the extension of the local tourism industry. However, the tourism performing arts cause not only opportunities but also ecological damage to the tourist area. Therefore, tourism planning, objectives should be established with a clear subject and level, and be market-oriented.In the early planning, travel performing arts should consider about the positioning of theme and marketing planning. Topics positioning needs to focus on the local culture, reflecting the unique meaning of the culture and cater to market needs;, improving the aesthetic value of the project. And we should analyze the heterogeneity of tourism projects around the tourist area. Marketing planning should be in accordance with the procedures, and do a wealth of marketing tools work.In the overall strategy of tourism planning, performing arts projects should analyze the situation of the performing arts and tourism site conditions, which determine the location of performing arts based on the size of the project. And then carry out the reasonable functional area and the spatial layout of the project. On this basis, planning should make out a complete set of transfer system and parking system, and set the appropriate walking system. Then, this thesis proposes some request about architectural style of tourism arts project, as well as the public facilities and safety management.Finally, this thesis Analysis Yangloudong Tourism Concept Planning as the actual cases study.
