灰场挡水坝排洪系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 本文结合国电吉林龙华延吉热电有限公司新建工程,通过数值计算与模型试验对竖井-排洪管的灰场挡水坝排洪系统进行研究。从优化体型的角度出发,通过对模型体型尺寸的改变,来研究该变化对各水力参数的影响,从而提出合理的体型参数设计方案,为实际工程设计提供可靠的理论依据。并对土坝进行渗流模拟分析,通过计算确定坝体浸润线位置,对坝体进行稳定分析。首先,对灰场挡水坝排洪系统进行介绍,明确挡水坝排洪系统的研究目的与意义,提出了挡水坝排洪系统的研究方法,并指出本次研究的难点及创新点。其次,对于排洪管泄流量、竖井入流量、竖井出口泄流量进行计算分析,给出排洪系统的泄流量,对已计算出的泄流量进行设计情况和校核情况的调洪演算。第三,对整个排洪系统进行水工模型试验,根据排洪管入口的开度不同,对排洪系统的流量进行测量,并记录各工况下的流态。根据实测的泄流曲线进行设计情况和校核情况的调洪演算,为数值计算提供依据。最后,对挡水坝进行渗流模拟分析,采用统一的有限元离散,通过并行计算以提高大系统的求解效率。分析挡水坝的渗流场及浸润线,通过计算确定坝体浸润线位置,计算挡水坝静力与动力滑弧稳定性与安全系数,对坝体进行稳定分析。
【Abstract】 In this paper, according to state power Jilin LongHua Yanji thermal power company new construction, it had used the method that the numerical calculation and model test to study on the well and the ash field drainage pipe system of dams.From the perspective of optimal size, to study the changes on the hydraulic parameters by changing the model body size, to provide a reasonable shape parameter design program for practical engineering and a reliable theoretical basis. The dam were analyzed by the Flow Simulation method, to calculate and determine the location of the saturation line and analyzing the stability of the damFirst of all, it introduced background of the ash dam drainage system, clearing the purpose and significance of, proposing the research methods of the ash dam drainage system, and pointing out the difficulties and innovations in this study.Secondly, to calculate and analyze the quantity of the drainage pipe flow and inflow quantity of the well and quantity of the well’s export, it had been calculated for the quantity of the drainage system and did flood routing on check and design situation by the quantity of flow which had been calculated.Third, it had done the hydraulic model tests of the entire drainage system, according to different opening of the drainage pipe, measuring the quantity of the drainage system, and recording the conditions of the flow state.It did flood routing on check and design situation by the curve of flow which had been measured, providing the basis for the numerical calculation.Finally, it analyzed the seepage simulation for the dam, using unified finite element discrimination and computing to improve large-scale systems’efficiency by parallel. To analyze the dam, the foundation seepage and saturation line, it determined the location the saturation line of the dam by calculating, and calculated the static and dynamic sliding arc stability and safety factor for stability analysis of the dam.
