水溶型糖萜素对肉鸡生长性能与防御体系作用

【摘要】 糖萜素是浙江大学和杭州唐天科技有限公司联合研制成功我国首项具有知识产权的新饲料添加剂,其核心技术已获中国、美国、欧洲和日本等18个国家发明专利。水溶性糖萜素是糖萜素系列新型产品,对肉鸡生长性能和防御系统研究尚属空白。本文探索不同浓度水溶性糖萜素对肉鸡生长最佳量和机体系统防御功能影响。将540羽1日龄罗斯308肉鸡随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30羽,设定空白对照组和水溶型糖萜素组(50mg/kg、100mg/kg、150mg/kg、200mg/kg、400mg/kg)。42d养殖试验结束后,评价水溶型糖萜素对肉鸡生长性能影响;测定水溶型糖萜素对肉鸡肠道菌群、小肠形态以及十二指肠防御蛋白影响;测定血清中激素和特异性抗体水平。从肠道菌群平衡、肠道防御蛋白及结构完整性和血清抗体激素水平三个防御层次探索水溶型糖萜素对肉鸡防御体系作用。1.水溶型糖萜素极显著提高肉鸡日增重。饮水中添加200mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组与空白对照组相比极显著(P<0.01)提高肉鸡日增重。利用料重比、日增重和成活率综合加权得出的生物学综合评定值表明,饮水中添加水溶型糖萜素提高肉鸡生长性能,200mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组生物学综合评定值最高,为1.1007。2.水溶型糖萜素促进十二指肠形态发育,提高肠绒毛高度,减低隐窝深度。试验结果表明,200mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组显著(P<0.05)提高十二指肠肠绒毛高度,显著(P<0.05)提高绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值;水溶型糖萜素组对空肠肠绒毛高度有一定促生长作用和降低隐窝深度,提高绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值,但均差异不显著。3.水溶型糖萜素促进盲肠和回肠中有益菌生长和抑制有害菌生长。200mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组与空白对照组相比显著(P<0.05)降低肉仔鸡盲肠中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量;并一定程度提高乳酸杆菌数量。400mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组与空白对照组相比极显著(P<0.01)提高回肠中乳酸杆菌数量;200mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组与空白对照组相比对肉鸡回肠中大肠杆菌数量有一定程度降低作用,对乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量有一定增加作用,但差异均不显著。4.水溶型糖萜素提高肉鸡十二指肠防御蛋白含量。饮水中添加200mg/kg和400mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组与空白对照组相比十二指肠内SIgA含量分别提高33.29%(P<0.01)和34.14%(P<0.01);400mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组与空白对照组相比十二指肠内防御素含量提高180.90%(P<0.05),200mg/kg水溶型糖萜素组与空白对照组相比十二指肠内防御素含量提高153.78%(P>0.05)5.水溶型糖萜素调控肉鸡血清中生长抑素含量。饮水中添加400mg/kg水溶型糖萜素,肉鸡血清中生长抑素含量比空白对照组降低24.84%(P<0.01);饮水中添加200mg/kg水溶型糖萜素,肉鸡血清中生长抑素含量比空白对照组降低5.54%(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 Saccharicterpenin is a new feed additives,which developed jointly by Zhejiang University and Hangzhou TANG Technology Co., Ltd and owned the China’s first intellectual property rights,its core technology has been in China, the United States, Europe and Japan patents in 18 countries. Water-soluble Saccharicterpenin is saccharicterpenin series of new products, and the function of water-soluble Saccharicterpenin in the growth performance of the defense system of broilers is still blank. This article will explore the different concentrations of water-soluble saccharicterpenin on growth performance and defensive system in broilers.540 broilers a day-old Ross 308 were randomly divided into six groups,30 broilers each three replicates, set the control group and the water-soluble saccharicterpenin group (50mg/kg, 100mg/kg,150mg/kg,200mg/kg,400mg/kg).42d after the feeding experiment to evaluate water-soluble saccharicterpenin impact on growth performance; determination of water-soluble saccharicterpenin on intestinal flora, intestinal morphology, and duodenal defense protein; and hormone and antibody levels of serum. From the balance of intestinal flora, intestinal defensive protein and structural integrity of the defense and hormone levels and antibody levels in serum to discuss the three defense barriers on the role of broiler defense system.1. water-soluble saccharicterpenin significantly increased daily gain of broilers. Add the water-soluble saccharicterpenin 200mg/kg group were significantly (P<0.01) daily gain, compared with the control group. Use of food/gram, the weighted average daily gain and survival rate integrated value derived from biological comprehensive evaluation shows that adding water-soluble saccharicterpenin improve growth performance,200mg/kg group of water-soluble saccharicterpenin comprehensive evaluation value of the biological the highest 1.1007.2. Water-soluble saccharicterpenin promote the development of the duodenum, increase intestinal villus height, reduce the crypt depth. The results show that 200mg/kg Saccharicterpenin-soluble saccharicterpenin was significantly (P<0.05) increased duodenal villus height and was significantly (P<0.05) increased villus height /crypt depth ratio; Water-soluble saccharicterpenin group increased intestinal villi height, decreased crypt depth, increased villus height and crypt depth ratio of jejunum, but the differences were not significant.3. Water-soluble saccharicterpenin promote the growth of beneficial bacteria and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in the cecum and ileum.200mg/kg Water-soluble saccharicterpenin group compared with the control group were significantly (P<0.05) lower broiler cecal E. coli and the number of Salmonella; Water-soluble saccharicterpenin have a certain role in increaseing the number of lactic acid bacteria.400mg/kg Water-soluble saccharicterpenin group compared with the control group can be very significant (P<0.01) increase the number of intestinal bacteria of lactic acid; In the broiler ileum,200mg/kg water-soluble saccharicterpenin group compared with the control group reduce some certain the number of E. coli, the effect on the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium are promoting growth, but the difference was not significant.4. Water-soluble saccharicterpenin can significantly promote the content of defense protein in chicken duodenum.200mg/kg and 400mg/kg Water-soluble saccharicterpenin group compared with the control group were significantly (P<0.01) increased duodenal SIgA levels; 400mg/kg water-soluble saccharicterpenin group compared with the control group can significantly improve the content of duodenal defensin 180.90%(P<0.05),200mg/kg water-soluble saccharicterpenin group compared with the control group can improve the duodenum defensin content of 153.78%(P> 0.05).5. Water-soluble saccharicterpenin can regulate the somatostatin in serum. 400mg/kg Water-soluble saccharicterpenin compared with the control group were significantly (P<0.01) decreased somatostatin levels in serum; 200mg/kg Water-soluble saccharicterpenin compared with the control group were (P>0.05) decreased somatostatin levels in serum;.
