数字信道化滤波算法与FPGA实现技术研究

【摘要】 电子战信号环境和装备的最主要特点是宽频率覆盖范围,待处理的信号种类多,而且通常处于被动、非匹配接收的工作条件。因此电子战接收机普遍具有宽频率覆盖范围,高灵敏度,较大动态范围,以及同时到达信号检测和实时处理的能力。数字信道化接收机作为数字接收机的一种,具有独特的优越性能,截获概率高、灵敏度高、动态范围大、良好的频率分辨率和能对同时到达信号的处理能力,这些都是近几年来国内外电子战装备技术的研究热点。本文主要对基于多相滤波的数字信道化接收机中的信道化技术进行了系统的研究,首先根据电子战发展的目前现状,分析了宽带雷达信号数字信道化接收机的主要优势及其发展现状。其次研究了软件无线电的基础理论,包括三种接收机数学模型,信号采样定理和多速率信号处理,在此基础上深入研究和推导了基于多相滤波器组的数字信道化高效结构。然后研究了关于实现多相滤波的信道化技术的关键理论——短时傅里叶变换(STFT),以及介绍了信号经过信道化的后续信号处理技术,而且对信道化处理部分进行了仿真,实验结果验证了模型的正确性和可实现性。最后研究了数字信道化的FPGA实现,给出了系统的总体设计方案和每一个关键模块的设计。主要包括:信道化处理中的数据排序模块、FIFO的具体实现、信道化的核心处理部分即FFT模块的实现、信道检测的FPGA实现。

【Abstract】 The main characteristics of environment and equipment of electronic warfare signal are that it has wideband frequency coverage bound, many types of pending signals and a work pattern which is normally passive and non-matched receiving. So the electronic warfare receiver generally includes wideband frequency coverage bound, high sensitivity, biggish dynamic range and ability of detecting and processing synchronous signals. As a kind of digital receiver, digital channelized receiver has a unique superior performance, high probability of interception, high sensitivity, large dynamic range, good frequency resolution, and the ability of simultaneous signal processing. These are the research hotspots of electronic warfare equipment technology at home and abroad in recent years.This thesis mainly has a systematic study of the channelized technology of digital channelized receiver based on poly-phase filters. Firstly, according to the current status of the development of electronic warfare, the thesis analyzes the main advantages and development status of wideband radar signal digital channelized receiver. Secondly, the thesis discusses the basic theory of Software Radio technology, including three kinds of mathematical receiver, signal sampling theorem and multirate signal processing, then on this basis studies and derives the efficient architecture of abroadband digital channelized receiver based on poly-phase in depth. Then the thesis studies STFT which is the key theory of implementation of digital channelized based on poly-phase, decribes the signal processing technology after channelization and carries on simulations for channelization processing module to validate the correctness and realization of the module. Finally, the thesis studies the implementation of digital channelization based on FPGA, and has a particular design about functional modules inculing compositor of data, realization of FIFO, implementation of FFT which is the key technology of channelization, implementation of channel detection based on FPGA.
