【摘要】 作为我国三大球中第一个冲出亚洲走向世界的项目,排球运动已成为广大高校学子热衷的运动项目之一。社会的发展和高等教育的改革,为高校建立高水平排球队创造了机遇。1987年4月原国家教委首批确立了51所招收高水平运动员的试点学校,经过20年的探索,取得积极的进展,呈现出良好的发展前景。我国高校办高水平运动队虽然取得了一些成绩,但在实践过程中也出现了一些有待探讨和解决的问题。本研究主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对目前我国高校高水平女子排球运动的运动员情况、教练员情况和运动队的训练比赛情况、场地设施情况和经费情况等进行详细的调查,阐明我国高校高水平女子排球运动的发展现状,分析我国高校高水平女子排球运动发展中存在的问题,探讨高校高水平排球运动可持续发展的对策,为加快高校排球运动市场化的进程和“体教结合”这种培养方式在排球项目上的实施和推广提供理论基础。本研究通过分析和整理发现:我国各个培养高水平女排运动员的高校已经初步建立了自己的招生、培养、管理体制,教练员的学历和职称水平较高,学校的重视程度也有所加强,但招生政策和渠道诱导改进;各高校高水平女排运动队的办队模式比较单一,办对目标存在局限性;社会化和市场化程度较低;运动员学、训之间的矛盾依然存在;教练员培训的机会少,专业化程度较低;科技投入少,没有发挥高校办高水平运动队的优势。针对普通高校高水平女排运动中反映出来的问题,本文提出了普通高校高水平女排运动可持续发展的对策,即体育系统和教育系统的和谐发展;发挥高校自身的资源优势,建立高校特色的体育俱乐部;建立“一条龙”的后备人才培养体系和招生渠道。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the very item which rushed out of Asia to the world and obtained great achievement ,volleyball game has already became one of the most bent activities for university students. Social development and higher education’s innovation provided a good opportunity for the high-level volleyball sports in the general universities. In April 1984, the state education commission established fifty-one higher education that recruit the high-level athlete at frist. By 20 years of exploration ,the thing have made the positive progress, present the good development foreground,, China’s universities have made some achievements in the pilot operation of the high-level volleyball team, but some problems or defects arise during the process of establishment. So a research upon the current.This paper applies the methods including method of documents , investigates method interviewing method, mathematic statistics method and logical analysis method in study process.
