【摘要】 职业教育曾给苏联的军事工业作出过巨大的历史贡献,在苏联的国家教育体系中,职业教育占有重要地位,被称为“中间环节”。苏联解体后,俄罗斯进入了新的历史阶段,职业教育也随之步入了改革发展的新时期,并呈现出新的面貌。俄罗斯政府在经济形势十分恶劣的条件下,未曾停止过稳定、改革与发展职业教育的步伐,俄罗斯职业教育针对从苏联时期存在的弊端以及新出现的问题进行了一系列的改革,其效果在今天已逐渐显现,俄罗斯职业技术教育的落后即将成为历史。本文在以往研究的基础上,对俄罗斯职业教育的历史进行考查,重点研究俄罗斯职业教育改革情况,以期比较全面地了解俄罗斯职业教育的问题与需要,改革与发展。本研究主要采用文献检索法、比较研究法。利用文献检索法能够很好地了解有关俄罗斯职业技术教育研究的最新成果和存在的不足,在充分掌握已有研究成果的基础上,做出较为全面的总结。通过比较研究,则可在分析俄罗斯职业教育问题的基础上,揭示影响职业教育的各种因素及相互关系。论文主要包括:引论部分:研究背景、问题的提出、相关概念的界定、国内外相关研究概况、研究方法和思路、研究目的和研究特色等等。正文部分:俄罗斯职业教育的历史发展、转型期俄罗斯职业教育的改革、改革后俄罗斯职业教育的特点以及俄罗斯职业教育的现状。结语等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vocational education has made great contribution in the former Soviet Union’s military industry and played an important role in its national education system,therefore,it is regarded as "the central part".After the breaking of the former Soviet Union,Russia has entered a new historical stage,and the vocational education has also taken on a new look,too.The government has never stopped stabilizing,reforming and developing the vocational education in spite of the unfavorable economic situation.Therefore,a series of reforms has been made in the long-standing issues as well as the new ones.As a result,the backward of Russian vocational education is gone for ever.This thesis intends to investigate the history of the Russian vocational education based ori the previous study and focus on the reform with intent to understand fully the requirement and development of its vocational education.This article adopts literature analysis,and comparison study approaches,so that a better and full understanding of its latest outcome and also its drawbacks can be achieved,meanwhile,an all-round summary can be made.Through comparison study,the author tends to reveal the various factors and the interrelations affecting vocational education.The paper is composed of several parts:Introduction——background,relevant concepts,general survey of the related study home and abroad,study method,the study purpose and features,etc,the historical development,the transitional vocational reform,the typical feature after the reform and the present situation of Russian vocational education.更多还原
