【摘要】 21世纪是一个崭新的世纪，人类社会将由工业社会向信息社会转变，在工业社会里，战略资源是资本：在信息社会里，战略资源是信息，多数人的工作是创造、处理和分配信息。档案编纂工作的发展趋势也将适应这种社会发展趋势，同时受政治、经济、文化环境、人员素质、技术水平等方面的制约，必将呈现出新的景象。受世界技术革命浪潮的冲击，档案编纂工作也无一例外的受到了深刻的影响。引进现代科技，使档案编纂工作手段与现代科技同步发展，是未来档案编纂发展的必然趋势。新技术的应用主要包括：以电子计算机技术为核心，包括现代通信技术和现代印刷技术、光学记录技术及声像技术等方面。这些新技术的发展及在档案编纂中的应用，使档案编纂工作的查找、加工等环节更加快捷、准确，公布方式得到改进和提高，编纂内容更加丰富，编纂形式趋于多样化，进而使档案编纂工作效率提高，工作强度减轻，信息传输速度加快，服务效能增强，为实现世界范围内的信息资源共享提供可能，档案编纂工作的社会和经济效益也必将大大提高。随着新技术的现代化程度的不断提高，先进的技术设备会在未来相当的一段时间内将为档案编纂工作做出更大的贡献。我们完全可以相信，世界范围的新技术革命以及我国科学技术的不断发展，必将为档案编纂工作不断注入新的活力，推动档案编纂工作朝着现代化方向飞速发展，使编纂工作将展示出广阔的新天地和发展前景，进入一个全新的时代。档案编纂工作是一个复杂的工作系统，笔者重点从档案文献编纂的理念的转变，档案文献编纂形式和内容的变化，档案文献编纂传播途径和社会影响的变化这几方面来论述当代档案文献编纂的变化趋势。总之，档案编纂工作发展的趋势和前景是富有生机和潜力的，是充满光明和希望的，值得我们学习档案专业的大学生和从事档案工作的人员不断研究探索。我们要认清形势，掌握档案编纂工作的主动权，积极准备，大胆实践，满怀信心来迎接未来的挑战，推动我国档案事业及档案编纂工作的快速发展。更多还原
