基于公平性的客舱乘务员排班研究

【摘要】 排班公平性是客舱乘务员管理中最重要的原则之一,目前不公平的客舱乘务员排班安排逐渐成为行业内的突出问题,这导致客舱乘务员的持续流失。客舱乘务员排班是航空公司资源配置的重要问题之一,如何有效地提升客舱乘务员的排班公平性,以降低客舱乘务员流失率,保障航空公司飞行安全,已成为航空公司亟待解决的问题。提高排班公平性不仅能够增强客舱乘务员的工作满意度和团队凝聚力,还有助于提升航班服务质量和运营效率,从而是航空公司在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位。因此,本文从公平性的角度,基于任务环生成的条件,对客舱乘务员排班公平性开展了研究。论文研究具体内容有:(1)基于客舱乘务员排班的基础理论,分析了客舱乘务员排班的规则和限制条件,描述了客舱乘务员公平性排班的概念和特点,总结了客舱乘务员排班计划的编制流程。(2)基于客舱乘务员排班问题分析,提出了客舱乘务员排班问题的核心步骤,即任务环的构建和客舱乘务员的指派,通过对构建任务环遵循的法规和原则进行系统研究的基础上,构建了航空公司航班计划的任务环模型。(3)基于影响客舱乘务员排班公平性各种因素的分析,提出了以长途飞行小时数、过早晚航班次数以及客舱乘务员配置人数等指标作为客舱乘务员排班公平性的关键指标,构建了客舱乘务员公平性排班模型。(4)基于客舱乘务员公平性排班模型存在启发式算法的局限性,通过对各种启发式算法比较,引入遗传算法对客舱乘务员公平性排班模型展开求解。为了避免在求解过程中遗传算法可能产生局部最优解的情况,并设计了遗传算子。(5)引用计算机语言Python对客舱乘务员公平性排班模型进行实现,通过对国内某航空公司一个月的客舱乘务员排班公平性进行实例验证,将验证结果与航空公司的排班结果进行对比分析,对比数据表明公平性排班模型显示出较高的公平性。

【Abstract】 Fairness in crew scheduling is one of the most important principles in cabin crew management.At present,unfair crew scheduling has gradually become a prominent problem in the industry,which has led to the continuous loss of cabin crew.Flight attendant scheduling is one of the important issues in airline resource allocation.How to effectively improve the fairness of flight attendant scheduling,so as to reduce the loss rate of flight attendants and ensure the flight safety of airlines has become an urgent problem for airlines.Improving the fairness of scheduling can not only enhance the job satisfaction and team cohesion of cabin attendants,but also help to improve flight service quality and operational efficiency,thus making airlines occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition.Therefore,from the perspective of fairness,based on the conditions of task ring generation,this paper studies the fairness of cabin crew scheduling.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the basic theory of cabin crew scheduling,the rules and restrictions of cabin crew scheduling are analyzed,the concept and characteristics of cabin crew fair scheduling are described,and the preparation process of cabin crew scheduling plan is summarized.(2)Based on the analysis of cabin crew scheduling problem,the core steps of cabin crew scheduling problem are put forward,that is,the construction of task ring and the assignment of cabin crew.Based on the systematic study of the laws and principles followed in the construction of task ring,the task ring model of airline flight planning is constructed.(3)Based on the analysis of various factors affecting the fairness of cabin crew scheduling,this paper puts forward the key indicators of cabin crew scheduling fairness,such as longdistance flight hours,the number of flights in the morning and evening,and the number of cabin crew members,and constructs a cabin crew scheduling fairness model.(4)Based on the limitations of heuristic algorithms in the fair scheduling model of cabin crew,genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the fair scheduling model of cabin crew by comparing various heuristic algorithms.In order to avoid the situation that genetic algorithm may produce local optimal solution in the process of solving,genetic operators are designed.(5)The fair scheduling model of cabin crew is implemented by using Python,and the fairness of cabin crew scheduling in a domestic airline for one month is verified as an example.The comparison between the verification results and the airline scheduling results shows that the fair scheduling model shows high fairness.
